The pool area Close to town lots of places to eat right by the highway to get off and on

We had a problem with air but that put us in another room so that was real nice

Hotel is centralized to everything freeways downtown

When I checked in they gave me a room very far away from the door / elevator in a hidden corner of the building with an outside entrance. After I picked up my son, I asked to be moved - I was not comfortable with entering alone later in the evening. The new person at the desk was kind enough to move me - but I should never have been assigned that room in the first place.

This place is old. The layout of the suite was good for us, but that was the only redeeming factor. The breakfast was okay, but on the second day it was a disaster. They were out of everything and it was a mess. Our TV wasn't working, the guy basically shrugged and said he would discount the room (bit didn't). I wouldn't stay here again.

Close to Cal Poly. Lots of things in the room were broken and paint on the walls were a mess.

The front desk people went above and beyond helpful.

We were visiting for my daughter's soccer tournament. They had an early game and the hotel allowed me to do an early check in without fees.

We stayed in the building adjacent to the main office and this building looked older and more rundown; however, the space was big enough for our family of 6.

Reasonable price and sufficient service, close to restaurants

Walking distance to downtown. Love it when hotels have the make-your-own waffle maker. I was pleased with that plus the free breakfast, which also had eggs and sausage. Price is a little much, but that’s probably more a product of just general SLO hotel prices rather than just this hotel. I would stay there again.

The staff was friendly the room was good except 2 pillows looked like they had womans makeup on them

Great location close to Cal Poly, clean and with friendly staff. Very affordable price. Would definately stay here again.

rooms definitely need updating, shower enclosure needs to be replaced, disgusting mold, need shelf in bathroom to put clean clothes

Breakfast was a real good start to the day,tv reception was not that good ,didn’t help with downtime
