Unfortunately staff are very very not supportive- literally when arrived I was asked for an ID and Credit card and that’s all the information ( words ) I got from the staff - the Bed was made strange as the mattress was not fully covered. The man at the front desk was kind enough to let me stay, despite my credit cards going through, and that was no small kindness. However, he also went on a lengthy tirade before insulting me. Between that, the damp carpet, and the pool that I don’t think was happening, it put a damper on the trip.

Check in was fast no wait but hit a snag as the first room we were given was not cleaned. Beds were unmade trash not removed so housekeeping had not cleaned that room. Called front desk and they put us in another room. Other room was cleaned beds made but bathroom had invaded wall paint in the bathroom coming off and also in the second room we had in the family suite. Bathroom was missing a light bulb and only one tv remote for two TVs that the room had. It was only a one night stay but don’t think we would stay again as it seems that the property needs some updating and possibly better customer service as the front desk clerk was very short and responded to questions as if checking in was inconvenience to him.

Room was spacious :)

We really enjoyed the hotel overall and the spacious room, unfortunately the air conditioning was broken they attempted to service it the day we were out and it was unsuccessful, and the hotel was fully booked so moving rooms wasn’t an option. The pool was dirty (the vacuum wasn’t set up to run) there was a layer of dirt on the bottom of the pool and the jacuzzi was out of service.

Never Again!

I originally rented a family suite, I had to change rooms 4 times because of poor conditions. I found ants in one room, roaches in the other, the air conditioner was broken, the hot tub has been broken for months but is open for use, the lighting didn’t work, the water backed up, the freezer was full of ice, there was fecal matter on the toilet seat and counter top of one room, I eventually had to be downsized to a smaller room do to the conditions. Many other guests were complaining of the same thing. The man at the front desk told me that the family that owns it are greedy people that refuse to fix anything in the hotel and cuts cost by hiring less employees which is why none of the rooms were cleaned properly. I was told that because I rented through Hotels.com they had no way of refunding me anything. I spoke with the manager he told me he wasn’t sure about anything I was saying because he has pest control and regular maintenance and acted like I was lying.

It’s a nice spot to stay. We had a problem with our room and they were quick to switch us and resolve our problems. Only thing is the hot tub was broken and that is the only reason I booked this hotel. One of the late night staff gave my friend attitude when he asked if they possibly had paper plates but the daytime and evening staff were awesome. I didn’t catch his name but a younger gentleman with darker hair helped us a lot and is the reason why we stayed even when our room had problems.

Right off the bat the guy who checked me in was really dismissive. Seemed annoyed I was checking in and gave no details about my room location. When I got to my room it was the farthest room away in the highest floor even though the entire hotel seemed almost completely vacant. I booked cuz there was a hot rub but went to find out it isn’t working. There is coffee in the closet but no coffee maker. And there are blood-like stains on the wall.
