Check in was easy, breakfast was good, 'good location. I would stay there again.

Great location, close to SLO downtown. Cyyub kncdguiinbcffmbbbbbbvvcccccv

This motel has larger than usual rooms with comfortable beds. It is well maintained, and the staff is friendly. The location is convenient. There is a Starbucks and Panera bread across the street, and various dining options within walking distance. There is a lovely park with a lake just south of the hotel. The drive to downtown SLO takes 2 minutes. Very dog friendly. The downside is that the walls in the rooms are really thin. If kids walk by in the hall talking to their parents, or each other, you hear it. If the person in the room next to you is on a cell phone, you hear it. The plumbing is really noisy. So, if everyone in the motel just settles down and goes to sleep by 11 pm, all's well. But if there late night activity, you'll hear it.

The woman who checked us in was the best ever. She was from Ohio originally and I'm sorry I didn't get her name. The hallway in the wing we stayed in did not have carpeting so when someone rolled their luggage out the door it was VERY loud. The TV was terrible. Reception kept coming and going. Otherwise, the bed was adequate for a good night sleep.

Poor wifi signal. Repair work is going on towards back of hotel. Does not hamper getting to rooms. Breakfast is in different building. Need tickets to get in.

We only stayed one night. Hotel was was close to downtown shops and resturants. Perfect for our needs for short stay.

Nice employees, Very helpful, Breakfast, Drinks in the evening, Pool, Hot Tub, Gym, A/C & Heating...just having the A/C fr two days was worth the stay!

The location was great for SLO. Bedroom was fine and so was breakfast. The only negative was the bathroom. Toilet was disgusting and hair on the bathroom floor. Stayed in a Best Western the week before in AZ and it was spotless, cooked to order breakfast, and half the price.

We enjoyed out stay at this hotel ,it was close to downtown and Slo and shopping center and restaurants across the street

Great location. Reception (Jennifer) was super. Take this comment or forget the feedback.

I arrived on a Wednesday afternoon. Was greeted by a very friendly staff. They bent over backwards to be helpful and courteous. As it was the weekend of my daughter's wedding, there were many last minute details to attend to, the hotel staff was wonderful, they made every effort to find the answers to my questions, making preliminary phone calls for me without my asking them to. Very good experience, I would absolutely stay there again.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was friendly! It is centrally located, and easy to get to. We would definately stay there again.

We arrived late and left early. In lieu of a tissue box in the dispenser in the bathroom, i found trash - used chapstick, tissue paper, etc. If they didn't clean that, I don't know what else they didn't clean. I could also hear every step of the person in the room above me, and the breakfast was terrible. But for just one night I didn't bother complaining.

This hotel very was clean( They were even cleaning the handrails at the swimming pool at 9:30 at night). The staff was very helpful and the hotel was close to everything. They had a complimentary happy hours in the evening and the waffles were good for the free breakfast. I would definitely recommend and stay there again when we are back on town.

God job everyone ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

we were attending a wedding at the Maddonna Inn almost next door.It was convient, and supplied everything needed. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast two mornings.

Great sleep, average breakfast, roomy and comfortable

this hotel was just fine for a one night stay. my son used the workout room and it was small but served the purpose. the pool looked nice but it was too cool during our visit to use it. had to have a car to get to downtown but it was very close (less than a 5 minute drive). I didn't give it a good value rating because we were there during Open House weekend for Cal Poly and my understanding is that all the hotels raise their rates at that time. I prefer to stay where I can walk to downtown and/or Cal Poly but I would stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel 3 nights for a workshop in this area. I were very pleased with the facility, clean with nice amenities. The hotel staff were helpful and their breakfast was pretty good. We also got the coupons for snacks and drinks (wine or beer) on Thursday, our first day in the hotel. This hotel is located within a short distance to downtown San Luis Obispo, if you want the city activities, and to Avila Beach if you want a quiet time at this beautiful, serene place. We would be back here in the future and recommend this hotel to everyone.

For my frequent trips down in this area, this was one of the least impressive hotels/Best Westerns I have ever stayed in. With that being said, the hotel was fine, I think over valued for what is being delivered. For $10 more I should have stayed at the Embassy Suites.
