This home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and has two off street parking spots, dishwasher, air conditioning and includes all utilities (with limits). Perfect for traveling professionals, students or snowbirds! Pets welcome, max four people, 30+ day rental

Guests will enjoy the convenience of walking to downtown San Luis Obispo or to Cal Poly State University. Our home features a fully equipped kitchen, with a gas range and dishwasher, a living room with a sectional sofa and a huge Roku smart TV, and a window A/C unit (not seen in SLO very often!). Down the hall, you will find the full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and the primary bedroom, with a Cal-King memory foam bed and antique roll top desk with an office chair, perfect for those working from home. Upstairs, guests will enjoy a second full bedroom with a queen size memory foam bed, a adjustable (standing) desk with office chair and another window A/C unit. The shared yard features a BBQ, a garden planter box and a small sitting area. Two dedicated off street parking spots are located just outside the kitchen door. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for exclusive guest use. All utilities are included and the home is fully furnished, available for stays of at least 30 days.
NOTE: Up to two pets allowed, a $100 per pet non-refundable pet fee, and the guest must agree to the pet policy
