My wife got bitten up really badly by bed bugs. She had to Miss 3 days of work to heal. The property was great, customer service was awesome but my wife suffered for a few days unfortunately

The property itself is okay but checking in they gave us the wrong room key and we went into an occupied room then later at night the key stopped working so I had to be dragging my small kids up and down floors getting everything situated, and the staff didn’t do anything to apologize for all the inconveniences. Also, no trash bags in the trash can in the rooms.

The only thing I didn't like about the stay was we had to pay $15 to park there. I don't understand that at all. The rest was great. I'd love to know why you would have to pay to park at a hotel that you pay to stay at??
