I just loved loved the customer service here. From valet with Steve to check in to the help I got from manager Rick. The hotel was beautiful and just so convenient. I had my girls over for a little bacholarette reunion and Cavaña upstairs was blasting the best music. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had.

The hotel staff were extremely nice when we came to check in. Our room was spotless and felt very luxurious. The hotel bar was super fun at night and I would highly recommend visiting it if you are at this hotel. Amazing experience!

Location is ideal for both the SF Giants and the Warriors' home games. Upon arrival, we were promptly greeted, and we handed our keys to a valet for parking. We did not plan on using our car during our stay. I will say, the parking is pricey, especially finding out it was not a covered (garage) parking spot. Our car was returned quite dirty from the birds. Check-in was a breeze as I had pre-paid for the room. All that was needed was a card for incidentals. The front desk was informative on directions to our room and where the amenities could be found. The room was exceptionally clean. We did not notice much noise from adjoining rooms, however, we do travel with earplugs just in case. The bed was surprisingly comfy. This can be hit or miss with hotels, and we were happy to have a restful sleep. I would suggest the foam pillows, as the ones provided were a little too soft for our liking. Try out the robot delivery! Sure, it was a little over the top, but a fun experience. All in all, a great experience. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location for either Oracle Park or the Chase Center - looked like a lot of people at both used the hotel as a ride share pickup and dropoff spot. Checking in online makes the process quick and easy. Room was quiet and comfortable, and the blackout shades really work! Only bummer was the rooftop restaurant was closed for a private party - other than that I recommend highly!

Love staying at this hotel for Giants baseball games. Rooms are very clean, modern, and the beds are great.
