Very clean, beautiful view for us and the staff was great. There was a large power outage in SF that night and while we had power, the robot room service was down. Not Luma’s fault. I will stay there again.

wow- what a nice and new hotel. Service was amazing . Rooms were super nice and quiet. Coffee shop on the first floor nice dining up top. Parking is expensive but that isn’t new to SF.

This place is top tier! My experience with Luma Hotel was amazing! The staff was very professional, anything you might need they will make happen! They are on it like no where else. It was my first time booking with this hotel and it definitely wont be my last! Very quiet and calm environment, Room was very clean, and the room service was super neat! They actually have a robot that delivers your food from the hotel cafe! Overall my experience was great, If you dont have a tight budget and want to stay somewhere that feels like home i definitely recommend Luma Hotel! You wont regret it.
