I made a reservation through Expedia, paid for it in full, and when I came to check in, I was told by the receptionist that there is no room available in the hotel. He said:” You didn’t show up before 6 pm so someone else came and we sold them your room”! What?!!! How is this even possible? He said: “ Well you made reservation through third party not us!” Never ever will I make reservation in any Comfort Inn hotels, and I am questioning using the Expedia too.

The property getting smoke smell. I was late at night my room getting smell and at night the furnace makes lot of noice to generate heat.

The room was not worth what we paid for it. The staff did not completely refresh the room. House staff tampered with Cpap machine. the elevator is dangerous. I will be calling the city inspector on Monday
