Paris was very quick to respond before and during our stay. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Nice private backyard the kids made a snowman. Clean and very roomy. We had 8 stay comfortably. I like the idea behind the plastic on the mattresses, however a pad overtop of the plastic would be more comfortable. We did all of our meals in the kitchen. Very spacious, but a new set of pans may be necessary. Also many of the dishes and utensils we used had to be washed before use as they had food caked on. Basement theater made for a relaxing way to bring in NYE! We enjoyed the foosball and air hockey! Very nice rental! Highly recommend!

Our host was very welcoming and attentive. They checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well. They even made a special trip to the property after a blizzard to remove snow from the driveway. The amenities were just what we were looking for. Our kids loved the theater room, foosball, and air hockey.

It was a great place to stay. Plenty of room to move around in. It was very comfortable. One of our cars in the driveway got broke into and her purse was stolen.

Great place for a family especially with small children all the necessities such as high chairs, baby tub, few toys, pack-n- play, etc. Kitchen was awesome with the coffee bar, snacks, plenty of dishes, pots, utensils, etc. we got to park in the garage which was super nice especially with the storm that rolled in. I could go on and on. Just check it out for yourself you won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay! Pictures of the house online dont do justice for how beautiful and big it is. It had everything we needed and more. We came to Rochester for a wedding and I had to make the wedding cake in the kitchen. I thought my kitchen at home was state of the art but this one takes the cake.

Definitely keep this home on my radar!

Arrived at 4pm and the house was all ready for us. House was located in q quiet neighborhood. Pictures were an accurate description of the house. Communication with the owner was quick and smooth. House had a great floorplan and you could see from the front room all the way to the kitchen which was great when traveling with a toddler. Extra bonus points for the permanent gate at the top of the stairs. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of everything you would need plus quite the selection of condiments and spices. Beds were comfortable. Great water pressure in the bathrooms and homeowner even supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Will definitely be keeping this house on my radar for future trips to Rochester!
