We had a good size group and this house was great for a multi generational family. Two living areas and everyone could spread out. Master has a great bonus office area good for cribs or playtime. Fenced backyard. Well equipped and updated. Great communication with owners. Even a list of places to go.

We rented for an extended family vacation, gathering from several different states for our nieces wedding. It was the perfect location offering easy access to the airport. The house is in a nice safe neighborhood and super clean (important) along with being very nicely decorated. The host was great to work with - he replied promptly to any questions we had.

Our son was at George Mason University for the week and wanted the family to go to Kings Dominion. This house is incredible, clean, comfortable, and everything we needed, and the location is fantastic! We truly loved our stay, thank you so much!

Great house for family

Our extended family gathered to attend our son's graduation. The house offered plenty of room to eat, sleep, and relax. The house was clean and located only 30 minutes away from the airport and University of Richmond. James was a great host who was very quick with responses to inquiries.

5 adults and 5 children (brought our own packnplay) fit very comfortably for a 5 day. Christmas vacation. The house was clean and neat and had everything we needed. There were places nearby to visit, like the Winterfest at King’s Dominion and the new Taylor Farms Outdoor park and playground, which was excellent!

Lovely spot for a group!

I stayed here with college friends for a friend’s wedding and this was such a great space for it. The rooms were spacious, and there were lots of gathering areas for us. Beds were comfortable and I loved the keyless feature. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it highly!

Just as described!

Safari House was great. Exactly as pictured. Lots of room.for a big group and tons of parking. Nice fenced in yard for the toddler in our group to run around. James was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the snacks and the full coffee rack! The house is on a busy street close to a train. And it's about a 15 minute drive downtown, which is why we rated the location a little lower. But, all in all, loved the house and definitely recommend! But, all in all, loved the house and appreciated

Super Happy with Our Stay

The house was perfect for our wants/needs. Seven people across three generations stayed about a week. The house is clean and the beds are comfy. I really made use of the office space, perfect for working remote and the network access, speed and stability were great!! Having a full kitchen was a nice cost saving on meals for so many people, sufficiently stocked for light meals and snacks. The washer/dryer worked a treat and made is so we could travel lighter and run a few loads mid-trip. Ample parking and easy in/out. Location is close to grocery, food, bank, gas and highway. We all agreed, we’d stay here again for sure!

Everything was great - Besides the Train

We rented the house for a week and it was in a very convenient location for everything we were doing. We had a couple of issues but the hosts were easy to communicate with and were quick to address anything that came up. The one major issue that we did not expect is that the house is directly beside a train track and trains run in the middle of the night. There was a very long train one night at 4:30 AM that was so loud and shook the house and made it feel like the entire house was going to be sucked up into a vortex or something. I think if we would have been expecting it we would have brought a noise machine or earplugs. Also, there were clocks in all of the bedrooms that we had to remove the batteries in because the second hand's clicking noise was hard to sleep. So, aside from getting a good night's sleep the first couple of nights everything else was great!

VCU GRADUATION FOR MY DAUGHTER

We had an absolutely incredible stay at James Divine's house! This property exceeded our expectations in every way possible. First and foremost, the amenities were outstanding. From the well-equipped kitchen to the luxurious bedding and thoughtful touches throughout, it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn't have been better. Situated in a picturesque setting. It was the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Communication with James was seamless from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. We appreciated his attention to detail and helpful tips about the area. Our family had such a special time at James Divine's house—it truly made our trip unforgettable. I can't recommend this property enough to anyone looking for a top-notch vacation rental.
