I was room behind the elevator and it was horrible, hearing the elevator going up and down all night was not able to sleep good after 13 hours drive to get there!

I liked the Silver Legacy and will stay there any time I’m in Reno. The one drawback is the smoke smell. All if my clothes smelled like an ashtray

oldish, seemed to be in a sorta bad part of town. A/C in the room barely worked. Limited restaurant hours. We like being able to walk through to each hotel in 'the row' but there is much better for the same price.

The beds were very uncomfortable in our room and the a/c didn’t work properly; when contacted they sent maintenance but it still didn’t work properly and they didn’t do anything about the beds or offer to change us rooms. We’ve stayed every year for Hot August Nights for the last several years but will probably find a different place next year unfortunately.

Booked with third party (cheap tickets) when staying at hotel was charged more then the balance left for room. Hotel staff could care less and told me to talk to third party and now wasting time trying to get money back that should not have been charged.
