Front desk was wonderful. Bellhop was outright rude to us, then asked for a tip. When we said we didn’t have cash, he asked us to cash app him! The $25 early check in charge is ridiculous. It feels like a shake down here. The shower has visibly mold in the caulking around the shower. The bedding was a false advertisement! Super thin, blankets, bed was so uncomfortable. I had to stay here for a wedding party I was attending, all the guests were here. In the future I would never stay here again.

We have stayed 4 different times now and love Silver Legacy. We have visited other casinos in the area for shopping and sightseeing but Silver Legacy is our favorite.

Elevators were broken. Staff talking about management while working. Staff indicating elevators have been broken since April and the management doesnt want to pay for the repairs.
