The furniture inside the room was stained. Two of the pieces including an ottoman had blood stains on it and other fluid stains. Nasty. Called housekeeping and they have a $25 credit but when I checked my receipt the charged my credit card additional $32 for in room entertainment movie. Scam!

Hotel is a great place, but the cloth furniture in the rooms are not properly cleaned. We had a group stay and all of the rooms had stained chairs and furniture in each room.

Great resort for vacation! The bathroom condition is a little disappointing (no exhaust, no toilet paper holder). The pool hour is short (closed at 8pm).

Lots to do here! We always enjoy our stay. Took some adjusting to the new card/elevator system. Lots of confusion with other guests. The Pool and Reggae night is a vibe. The lounge was hoppin’ late evenings on the weekends. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy.
