The elevator was broken my entire stay and so were the ice machines. It was very disappointing and no one was even trying to fix them. I had to carry my luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The ceiling in my room was peeling it looked to be due from water damage. The rest of the room was clean and decent. The nicest part of my stay was the kind staff woman running the breakfast buffet. She was so lovely.

Got red bites all over me , left several calls for manager to call .but they were on vacation.never returned my call; when i finally got in touch with him he said it was probably mosquito bites …nope it wasn’t came from the bed; went to the dr .’s for steroid cream, i stayed there for several days .. i will never go there again …terrible customer service from management and not very empathetic

The hotel was average and satisfactory. The staff were polite and respected our privacy. The room was clean and comfortable. There were some stains on the floor and bedding, and signs of water damage on the walls and ceiling. There were also strong smells in the lobby and hallway, and the key cards malfunctioned a few times. The location is pretty decent, there's a bus stop very close by that goes directly to the center of Providence.

Rented for supposedly having an electrical generator. Was concerned about having a power outage woman told travel agent and I there was one and no generator. First night tv was broken, Coffee machine non functioning, tub clogged, no ice machines, no laundry the bare minimum I ever seen for a breakfast and to top it off one staff worker yelled at me for taking creamers to the room. Besides that person the staff was incredible! I was impressed by the maintenance and kitchen staff! There wasn’t a manager to be found. The personality of the staff besides the negativity was the highlight of the stay. I would like Expedia to contact me.

The room was gross and dusty. Left over crumbs from the previous guest. No big towel only small. Pee stain on the bed and Blanket. This place is gross. I am a cleaner and I would NEVER LEAVE A FOOM LIKE THIS. HORRIBLE. ONLY THING GOOD WAS THE SHUTTLE DRIVER.

Stayed at the hotel last night due to snowstorm. I was planning on taking the hotel shuttle. When I got off at 4 AM to take the shuttle, the entrance to the hotel is not shuttles and had to walk through 4 to 5 inches of snow and he probably was not plowed at all and the shuttle cannot make it up the hill I had to go back around. Very unsafe conditions for your guests.
