No one at front desk for check in. Waited over 10 minutes. Called the property, hit the service button….nothing. Not okay to have customers (yes, more than just me) waiting to check in. All of us from frustrated.

Arr. 10:30 PM: When the neighbor told us he could break in to our room for us since the key didn't work we had pause. When the toilet wasn't working, and the rat hole came into focus, we decided to move on or just drive the 700 miles back to Virginia.

I thought this place was very nice and exceeded my expectations. I've not had great visits to most of the Motel 6 brand but this one was very good. Location to airport was excellent.

When we arrived the young man at the front desk seemed upset that we didn't book directly with them. The next day, there was knocking on our door, when I got to the locked door it was being opened. I pushed it closed and locked it. I asked who it was, he said it was maintenence. I said I was going to check with the front desk. The front desk verified it was maintenence, but we were not notified before and he didn't announce himself before opening the door. Also, on our 3rd day as we were leaving at 5:00 am for a day trip we requested our room to be cleaned and asked if we could please get fresh towels. The young lady at the front desk was very polite and sad she would pass on our request. When we returned after midnight the room had not been cleaned and there were no fresh towels. We've stayed at different motel 6 locations without any issues. Our experience at this location was very bad.

The room was clean but had no towels, wash cloths or soap. I had to go to the front to ask for the basics. I asked for an extra towel and was told they only had bath mats and if I wanted I could wash my towels in the washing machine ( it was 9:30 pm). The walls are thin, the tv from the other room is on the same wall as the bed you sleeping in so you hear the neighbors tv all night. The hallway smells like marijuana and there are people coming in and out all night talking loudly in the hallway. You can hear the people walking in the room above you. It's awful, don't stay here.
