Despite being located in an industrial area full of parking lots, this property requires a payment for parking during your stay. The front desk staff was less than accommodating when me and my three young children attempted to check in, and the rooms were kept at an unpleasant and impossible to change temperature of 78 degrees. The pool is closed for no apparent reason. Breakfast was good, except for the lack of cups (they were not restocked) and the fact that the coffee station is located by the entryway, at the other end of the room from the milk. The rooms were fine, generally clean and well-maintained.

The room was decent other than the very uncomfortable beds. We could barely sleep. The hallways smelled like marijuana and there was no room cleaning service. They only clean the rooms every 4 days, which I didn’t see mentioned when I booked the room. The breakfast staff was nice and friendly.

Very clean and cozy rooms.

The room was perfect , everything was good , beds were perfect and comfortable bathroom were clean

Staff was extremely rude to me during breakfast. The person in charge of the breakfast came and out gave me an extremely hard time because I spilled some waffle batter, berating me for not using the instructions properly in front of my young daughter. Then the manager came over and instead of apologizeg for the behavior of his employee gave me a lecture on the problems with getting the waffle batter out incorrectly, and falsely accused me of cursing at his employee. LOL, crazy but true. Also all of the treadmills are broken in the gym. The pool was nice though.

I like that there were 2 bathrooms in the 2-bedroom suite. I liked borrowing a basketball from the front desk to play on the hotel’s basketball court. The outside grills and patio area was wonderful for families. Great location, too. Easy access to shopping etc in the community

The property was convenient to highway and grocery shopping. Room size was decent. Food options not great but breakfast is free. Only thing I didn’t like was room odor upon walking in. Must be something they use for cleaning. Gym was also very small.

The hotel was amazingly clean. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Prior to arriving we called and requested a pack and play, which they had all set up for us in the room. The continental breakfast was fantasitic each morning. My only complaint would be the pool didnt seem the cleanest and there was a lack of towels.

The room was fine, comfortable enough and decently quiet. The mattress cover in the pull out couch was old and stained. The pool was absolute disgusting and we would not swim in it or allow our 3 year old to either, which was disappointing because it was part of the reason we chose the hotel for a little February local get away. The pool deck was almost as unclean as the pool.

It would have been nice if they had the sofabed made up since I was traveling with a child. That may be Orbitz fault though for not sending the hotel that information. I had to request that it be made up for my second night. The location was weird and remote. The tv stations kept going out, although I don't have cable at home so I don't know what is normal. I have no other complaints. The staff were very friendly, room was very clean, price was reasonable for what I received, and breakfast was decent enough. I would stay there again.

The hotel meet all my expectations. The location is good, close to Brown university. The full kitchen make it possible for a family life away from home. The staff are very friendly and willing to help at all time. We will certainly make this hotel a home away from home during my son's college years.

The hotel was centrally located to where we wanted to visit. The staff was very courteous and professional and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay we would definitely visit again if in the area.

This hotel is a few minutes off Route 95 but it's buried in the middle of a commercial zone; it is a strange place for a hotel but it is centrally located between Providence and Newport. We were allowed to check in early which was nice; it gave us more time for sightseeing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Our only complain was that the person at the front desk was not too knowledgeable about what someone can do in Providence. It makes sence that they should know the area attractions to recommend to their guests. The hotel was very clean with an indoor pool and outside gazebo. As a bonus a hot breakfast is included. We booked a 2-bedroom suite which was clean and very comfortable with a full kitchen. Loved it and wouldn't mind coming back. Koodos

What a gem! This suite was the perfect size for two people and c-l-e-a-n. Just far enough from the airport to feel suburban but not far from the main strip in Warwick, you have easy access a grocery store and one of the more decent malls in Rhode Island. A little further south along Route 2, and you will see plenty of restaurants of varying prices and cuisines. Stay here.

The hotel was clean inside and out. The staff friendly. The complimentary breakfast and dinner was adequate although I couldn't suggest it everyday. The room was just what I needed for an extended stay as it was a bedroom with a full bath and a door separating it from the living room kitchen area. Full frig, cabinets, coffee maker, and cook top. As with most hotels, can be a bit noisy but not bad. The apartment type lodging was exactly what I needed.

The 2 bedroom suite was surprisingly spacious! It had everything we needed and more. Having two bathrooms made it much easier for everyone to get ready in time to be out and about. Their hot/cold breakfast buffet was awesome esp. With fresh Belgium waffles... Mmmm. Thank you for the 5 star hospitality!

2nd time at this hotel and very pleased with the facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. A great choice just outside Providence.

We stayed at the Homewood Suites for 5 days while we were visiting family for a funeral. We were very pleasantly surprised by all the extras that you get at this hotel. The suite included a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and stove, although we didn't need to use it as it turned out. With a queen bed, like we had, you have a door to separate your bedroom from the living room. The biggest plus, however, was the breakfast buffet! Eggs, bacon, sausage, make yourself waffles, cereal, pastries, and more! We usually only see the cereal and pastry breakfast bar. This was much more. They also offered a different choice each morning- french toast one morning, omelets another. They also offer free wine, beer, and snacks every night. We never were there to try them, but the couple we stayed with said they were terrific. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Providence!

We had a very nice stay there, every amenities and services were great. However, the elevator was directly opposite to the swimming pool, which was not a good location and made the smell of chlorine filled the whole elevator.

Thank you for staying with us and writing a review. I apologize for the problems you experienced. The reservation you made through Expedia never came through to the hotel. There was no hotel confirmation code on the confirmation, only Expedia's, so it was never booked in our (hotels) system. We waived the parking fee for the inconvenience but the situation needed to be resolved as the reservation oversold the hotel and a guest had to be accommodated somewhere else. Each room has it's own thermostat to control the room temperature. All of the bedrooms in the hotel have ceiling fans and all of the guest room windows open. The coffee station is closer to the Front Desk because there are many guests who do not eat breakfast and they do not have to go into the breakfast area to get a coffee. Also the Front Desk Associates can help maintain the coffee area with the Breakfast Attendants to keep it stocked and clean. Creamers, sugars, and tea are all next to the coffee urns which is also away from the breakfast area. Someone may have taken a bunch of the cups for the juice offerings in the dining room or back to their room leaving us temporarily out of cups until an Associate retrieved more from our storeroom. Thanks for your comments

Thank you for staying with us and writing a review! Our beds were installed in 2018 and are Serta Suite Dreams mattresses. I apologize if you found them uncomfortable, they are a Hilton favorite. We are a 100% non smoking hotel and we charge $250 if we have evidence of smoking in the room and possibly evict the room without a refund. At the very least we will take the whole incidental hold to pay some of the fee.

I had guests come to the front desk and approach me who witnessed the event reporting that our Breakfast Attendant did nothing wrong. They reported hearing you use profanity to our Breakfast Attendant and there were children in the dining room. There was also a report that you put your hand in the waffle batter container with a cup, instead of using the dispenser, which was the source of the spill. Our Breakfast Attendant reported watching you wiping the batter off your hands. We then had to dispose of the waffle batter because it was contaminated. Sorry for lecture on food safety, but I take guest safety seriously. Treadmills are working fine. We can instruct on how to use those as well. New equipment is also coming very soon!

Thanks for staying with us and for your review! I apologize for the difficulties you mentioned. All of our guest rooms have kitchens and sometimes our guests like to cook exotic items that are difficult to remove the odors from the room. We do have a good system in place but sometimes wehave to do more. Thanks for your review! Charles Ryan- General Manager

Thank you for staying with us and writing a review. School vacation week is very tough on our pool. The area gets very heavy usage. We have an automated chemical dispensing system which adjusts when there is a large chemical shift in the water. The one thing we have a hard time controlling is hair extensions.
