Clean rooms and friendly staff. Downside, I rented a king size suite for 2 days and there wasn't a bathtub just a walk-in shower. I was also surprised that there was a parking fee but not at an unreasonable price. Besides that, I would recommend to others and stay there again myself!

The hotel room was nice and generally clean when we arrived, but we noticed over the days that there was definitely a smell of cigarettes that had been smoked in the room. Our key did not work for the first 3-8 attempts when opening the room door every single time. We even had a front desk employee reset it, and it still just didn't work well. Over our 4-night stay, not once did a housekeeper come in and make the bed, refresh the towels, or resupply toilet paper, etc. That was quite frustrating. The pool area was nice and clean, but did have a very heavy chlorine smell. The breakfast was warm and had various options of hot and cold foods. However, the options were essentially the same every day. Overall, I probably wouldn't stay here again unless there were some upgrades for the doors to work better and for housekeeping to be better.

A little taken back when I was told it will cost me$10 to park my car and I’ve never been charged that at any other Warwick hotel especially one in an industrial park. Shame on greed

Great room. Extra big. Will definitely stay again. Got a little loud in morning. But its ok. Breakfast was decent. My shampoo and conditioner wasnt refilled. Glad i had some with me. Otherwise no issues.
