The residence are nice but the property needs help
Single mom of five we traveled here just to get away. 3.5 hour drive nothing to crazy. Upon arrival the buildings were decent. Almost reminds me of a condo style building. Not far from the center of the city. The beds were clean and towels too. The ceiling fan didn’t work and was missing a blade. The microwave was really finicky it worked though. The light under the microwave didn’t work so the kitchen was very dark if the main lights weren’t on. There were multiple stains on the floors. They fireplace said do no use the screen kept falling out. One of the drawers in the room was broken didn’t really make a difference. The kitchen floor the wooden plank floor has separated. In the bathroom you could tell they had plumbing issues from it leaking. I will say even if people lived there everyone was exceptionally nice! I couldn’t complain. The lady who does breakfast I believe her name was Maria she was amazing . She talked to us every day and greeted us with a smile. The inside definitely needs some repairs especially when you paying what a hotel nearby charges. Also if you have kids that like basketball that’s a hit minus the ball seems to love to roll into the traffic coming!

I was sad to see that the property was run-down and not kept up with like the photos. The room smelled of smoke, and it wasn't just my room, as my friend's room smelled the same, if not worse, to the point that my friend left early (in the middle of the night) because her child started to have an allergic reaction from it. The pool was not kept up with either. My four-year-old said the water looked like soup water, which says a lot. For the price we paid for the night, it was very disappointing.

The hotel is pretty run down. The hotel has a strict no smoking policy however upon entering my room there was a strong marijuana and smoke smell, so much so that we had to check out the same day we chrcked in because my daughter was coughing non stop it made her allergies flate up. The bathtub did not drain properly.

I remember when this used to be the Marriott residence was way nicer then but now its still clean but the breakfast could be better i stay here often and i started to notice allot of the guest live there..u can barely get your breakfast in the a.m its like a school cafeteria with sub-par food choices... but the lady who runs the breakfast area is very nice and always trying to help u out with what she has ..but overall the rooms are usually on point for us ... wish u didn't have to come out the room to access the pool or breakfast but hey still not a bad place to stay short or long term

I was disappointed this trip - I have stayed here before. The room looked like the floors had not been vacuumed. The outside door did not shut tightly - large gap where you could see the sunlight and feel a draft. I probably will not stay here again.

This property is in terrible conditions, the property doesn’t have enough security personnel, there are signs up that said “No Smoking “ but people still smokes every where. The room was in terrible conditions, when we got there the toilet sit was broken, one chair had a broken leg , the carpet looked disgusting. There were cigarettes butts on the ground everywhere outside the room. Since this rooms have kitchens , the kitchen floor was disgusting, and the kitchen overall was very dirty, honestly I booked a stay for 3 nights but from the first night we got there I wanted to leave. Everything looked dirty. I will never stay at this hotel again .

So just know.. if your reservation isn’t refundable through Expedia and the hotel smells like pot and you can’t breath in the room assigned to you.. you do not get a refund. Due to no fault of your own ..they keep your money.

The walls were paper thin. It was loud even during quiet hours. Our room in areas were dusty, like the headboard, the bathroom light. This was a room for 4 people and there were only sheets and towels for 2. We had to go to the office for 2 towels and then back again for a set of sheets for the sofa bed.

Well for starters with the way the economy is. I’m disgusted how I was treated about a simple question from I asked the front desk. The lady was rude I would not recommend this place to anyone. The lady was very rude to me. Very uncalled for when I’m paying there salary.
