We had a football game in RI and so we booked a suite for the night and the room was very spacious .. clean , but these rooms need alot of updating ... the rug felt dirty and the walls need painting the bathrooms need major updating ... other than that everything was clean and comfortable for a one night stay . everything is close by like the mall which is huge and also places to eat.

Put here instead of Courtyard due to flooding there. Hotel had literally changed from a Residence Inn to a Sonesta ES the day before. Had a banner hanging over the Residence Inn sign. Kinda shabby, maybe had new carpets put in but not much else. Seemed nearly empty.

I found this Residence Inn on Marriott website. It was a good find. Not far from I 95, so it was easy to commute. The room was very clean and has everything I needed. The staff was very friendly. They answered every question I had along with a smile. You can't ask for more then that. I was told that the Inn is changing owners. Don't know the name. Bit it was a good place to stay.

Spacious accommodations and great breakfast. There are newer Residence Inn styles in other parts of the country now. Good location to bed down for the night in transit. Wife and I were on a trip through to the Cape and needed this stop over. Visited an old favorite restaurant in Providence (Capricio). Waterfront in Warwick is supposed to be charming but didn't have time.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We had my husband and I along with our 18 year old daughter. This is like a studio suite. We had 2 double beds and a complete kitchen and small living room. There are only 2 issues I have with this hotel. The first is that the double bed rooms are only available downstairs and you can hear everyone walking above you. I have earplugs so it didn't bother me but if you don't have earplugs and are sensative this will be a problem. If you can get on the top floor than the room is perfect. The other problem with this room is the pots/pans they offer to use. They are a cheap uneven stainless steel on an electric oven. So the pots would shake really loudly as if they were going to fall off the stove and the pan was burning in the center even on a low temperature. I will be writing to Marriot about these pans as it is a corporate problem. I am a solid cook and I could not even make these items work. Otherwise the location is right by the airport but on the opposite side of where the planes fly over so we never heard planes. The staff is also very friendly and there is a good breakfast each morning consisting of the normal, waffles, sausage, eggs, breads, cereals, etc. This hotel is a ten minute drive to downtown Providence, maybe even less if there is no one on the road.

I stayed at this hotel last week for work and have a reservation for next month as well. I'm a platinum elite member with Marriott and have 85 nights so far this year. I'm also a housekeeping snob. It's my pet peeve. First thing I look at are the corners...especially the bathroom. My room was spotless on arrival and housekeeping kept it that way all week. I don't stay at Residence Inns often because they tend to be a bit dated and run down, but this one is well maintained and housekeeping did a great job for me. As far as the staff goes, I can't say enough good things about them. Check-in was very pleasant. On my first night at the Residence Inn Mix, I met Erica (who is mentioned in other reviews), and she was every bit as nice and helpful has her reputation in other reviews. I went to the mix on Monday and Tuesday night and it was a very nice treat both nights. Breakfast at some Residence Inn's is a cheezy affair with few options, paper plates, and plastic forks. Not here. Breakfast here is very well presented and is better than some breakfasts I've had a Marriotts with concierge lounges. The ladies that make, present, and work the breakfast hours are all wonderful, helpful, and very friendly. Don't hesitate to stay here. The team works hard to make it as pleasant as they can.

My husband and I travel frequently to Massachusetts and stop along the way. I agree 100% with the guests that left poor reveiws for this Residence Inn. Scary dirty exterior and our suite had a horrible curry smell that was overwhelming. I also spoke with the front desk attendant the next morning. Was told the managreement would contact me. Still waiting. Stay elsewhere,we are!

As a long time loyal Marriott platinum elite member, we have stayed at Marriott properties world wide, and we are the particular fan of residence inn brand, and we think we got enough data points to leave a note for this RI in Warwick. ONE word, this one is horrible, and totally NOT up to the usual Marriott standard. We definitely will NOT stay at this RI Warwick. do not stay at this RI at Warwick, other RIs in the area are way way better.

I travel a lot for work. This place is great. Super service, clean and quiet room. It was like I was in a suite with a kitchen, table and spacious bathroom. And there is a nice outdoor area. I recommend!
