The property is showing a little wear and tear, but was appropriate for our needs. The breakfast buffet was well done and all of the staff we encountered were very helpful.

We had three people so the two doubles and upstairs king with full kitchen and living room was perfect. Carpets were pretty stained and the living room tv didn't work (turned on but no reception) but bedroom tvs were fine. Bed linens and towels were clean and aside from general wear and tear it was decent. Definitely nice to have the space for 3 of us.

I was in RI for my best friends wedding. Stayed at Sonesta ES. Grossest place I’ve ever stayed. Vanity wall behind sink and under mirror were crumbling. Paint splattered everywhere. Burn holes everywhere. Stains everywhere; chairs, couch, floor, bed. Disgusting. And the carpet stunk so bad it made me so nauseous. Kitchen floor was covered in paint splatters and sticky. I was afraid to walk around in my socks. Water damage or tannin stains on ceiling, also ceiling looks to be caving in. Also there was what looked to be BLOOD on the wall!

I felt the property was dated, and in need of major upkeep. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very disappointing and both the coffee and juices were very watered-down. The room we had, had a temporary A/C Unit and should not have been allowed to be ised by guest. I wouldn't recommend staying here and we will not return.

This property looked like it was previously a garden apartment complex. There were many small 2 story buildings with perhaps 8 units in each. My room was incredibly large for a 2 bed hotel room, because it was previously a studio apartment. It came with a living area and kitchen along with the 2 queen beds. I actually liked a lot about it but the textiles (rug and curtains) were incredibly worn and old. The kitchen seemed quite clean although we had no occasion to cook. The bathroom really needed to be scrubbed with bleach and the floor grout needed a good cleaning. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast area was nice and it was standard hotel fare, perfectly acceptable to me and the rest of my party. Others noted the lack of luggage stands (not something I cared about) and the cleanliness issue.

The property was clean but the carpet was old and needs replacement. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good and the woman who makes it was excellent. She was friendly and accommodating. I did ask for a 2nd face cloth and they were waiting for the order to come in, so I bought my own. They did come in the next day.
