Stayed this past Fri-Mon, arrived late on Friday nite. Three sets of kids competitions staying there, cheerleader, basketball, hockey. Kids running around until 1:45AM, some coming back from pool that supposedly closes at 10PM! Asked for a quite room, no luck with that. WHERE ARE THE CHAPERONES!! Sometimes I think they are worse than the kids! Too bad, otherwise a great stay. I will never stay there again without calling the hotel to see if they are having weekend sporting events BEFORE I book. If they do, I will stay somewhere else.

Everything was perfect except the room heater, which was blowing cold air in January. But the room wasn't that cold and I was too tired to bother calling the desk for help. When I turned it off, the room warmed up nicely. Though 1/2 mile from airport, I didn't hear a thing.

Large, clean room, Comfortable bed. Eager to help staff. Great breakfas!

Clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffett included. Only 30 mins to Newport.

I will stay here again! Staff are friendly and helpful! Shuttle bus is very reliable. Strategic location. Very near the commuter train station.

ehrn checking in I grabbed by mistake the wrong credit card to secure the room and SHANNON repeated in a high voice with people around us that our card declined. My husband and I were so embarrassed. She should have been more discreet she ruined our stay there emotionally. Everyone else was just lovely to us.

This hotel is not up to the normal Holiday Inn standards. The jacuzzi was had caution tape across it due to a chlorine issue and the pool was ice cold. The breakfast offered was gas station quality. I have stayed at several Holiday Inns and this was the worst I have been too in a long time. The room was cheap and clean so if that's all I was looking for then I wouldn't pass it up for quick business. We booked two nights and left after the first night and went to the Hilton down the road. We did not get a refund but they did give us points for about half a night stay.

I was very impressed with the size and quality of the room for the price. We only stayed one night and didn't get there until midnight so I didn't get a chance to use the pool or gym. The lady working the front desk was new and didn't know the WiFi password. The room was big and clean but the TV remote control was a pain to use. The included breakfast was definitely above average. Overall I was pleased with the stay and will stay again next time we're in the area.

I thought it was pricey considering that the room where I stayed did not have a bath tub. Small shower room also. Hotel staff were presentable but they were not hospitable to all guests. WIFI was kind of slow. However, hotel cleaners were friendly and efficient in cleaning and making bed. I loved the breakfast, milk, sausage, biscuits, cereals, fruits, and mini muffins. Also liked the little room set up for exercise (treadmills, tv and towels were available. Hope to get a room with a bathtub on my next visit??!!

The hotel room itself looked great. The draw back was it smelled bad in the hotel room, there was a spider in the bathroom, the pool was extremely cold, wifi had very poor reception.

Breakfast was nice , pancake machine interesting . Indoor pool was to cold.

Very nice! Yummy breakfast-so much more than your average free breakfast. Saved us tons of $$$ having all the variety. Thank you for that!

Clean. Modernupdated. Great value for the money. The continental breakfast was the best I've seen in any hotel I've been in.

Hotel met my espectations. Food breakfast, clean and nice ammenities

Visited Providence for my daughter's college exploration of Johnson's & Wales. The hotel was conveniently located close to the airport, university and downtown Providence. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. Nice breakfast area with a variety of food options.

We had a spacious room with a separate sitting area, very comfortable for two of us. The included breakfast in the large dining area had several offerings to start the day off well.

The hotel was everything we expected. It was clean and modern. The breakfast was great.

I made a prepaid hotel reservation thru a top online travel site but by mistake i made the hotel reservation for one extra day longer than i intended to stay in Providence, but the hotel manager wouldn't reimburse me for that extra day, although i showed her the plane ticket that i had purchased from this same top online travel site that showed i was scheduled to fly out of Boston a day earlier than the end of my hotel reservation period. What a waste of money!

Only disappointment pool n jaccuzi was closed down

Hotel was great, staff was very courteous and helpful and the room was amazing and very comfortable. I got to see snow which is rare for me and the city if Warwick itself is quiet, calm and very homy. I will definitely be coming back soon and staying here again without a doubt!!
