Basement hotel
I booked the stay looking for a modern trendy loft feeling. It was a stay vacation. The room creeped me out, I felt like I was staying in someone’s basement. The walls and ceiling were industrial, had stains all ceiling so when you went to bed it looked like walls were leaking. Water in my room got warm but not hot, my partner said he could see me showering thru weird wall. On Saturday night, we went down to resturant bar/ hotel. Around 6-7 pm. Female bartender with long pony tail was rude and complaining about her job, saying she was going to quit and move “south” I felt uncomfortable asked to take our food to go. She was upset that I should have told her from the start. I still tipped her 20% and took my food to go. 1 and done. Never again

This property was very unique and I loved it! I came for a weekend birthday trip. I have not had a good nights sleep in awhile, the bed, the pillows and blanket was like sleeping on a cloud. I have no complaints about this hotel. Highly recommend! Conveniently located to so much including Providence.

The staff was very friendly, and I loved that it had a sauna in the gym. I didnt like that there wasn't much lightening and a small refrigerator or microwave in the room like most hotels. The rooms aren't that soundproof as listed. Expedia list a laundry facility there isn't one on site hoowever they do provide a laundry service.
