This was a very nice 2 bed/bath apartment. Easy for our family of 3, including a 17y. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony was also spacious and comfortable with a nice view. The water cooler was a nice addition as well. The apartment complex was easy to navigate and quiet. The property is very close to all the hustle and bustle of the city as well. The management company that handled the rental communicated very effectively and helped make things smooth. The local staff was helpful and friendly. Overall, a great place to stay with your family!

GOOD: View was fantastic, location was perfect, close to the beach, restaurants and downtown shopping area. Furniture, balcony and kitchen were all good. Property management responded very quickly when we needed them.BAD: Horrible sewer smell in both bathrooms. They put covers on the drains but the actual smell was coming from the toilets. The maintenance man came out twice to try and fix the smell but it didn’t improve. We informed the property manager again, but we were leaving the next day so we didn’t ask for anyone to come back out again. The only other down side was that the water temperature when taking showers got cold very quickly. Hot water replenished quickly but just didn’t last long.Outside of the plumbing issues we had a nice stay.

Plus: Great location, beautiful pool, helpful staff, washer & dryer in the condo, large balcony with beautiful view. Minus: Lots of sand on the floor when we arrived, inconvenient cleaning schedule, not enough towels, small refrigerator

Location, location, location!

The location was fantastic. Steps from the beach and 5th Avenue. While you can hear the noise from local clubs outside, inside the condo is very quiet. The pool was well maintained and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Will stay here again when we return.

Our stay at this property was great. We had Karina come twice to tidy up and it was greatly appreciated. Location is perfect, steps to the beach, next to great restaurant with good food and drinks, close to all the shopping. Security personal told us to carry anything of value with us to be aaf

Great stay

This condo was great overall. The location, the view, and it had all we needed. The only minor complaint is that the water had a strong smell the first night that filled the condo. It was not an issue after the first day.

Perfect, near 5th avenue and beachfront

This place was perfect for my family because it was beachfront with pool and walking distance to 5th avenue as well as other stores. We loved that Walmart was so close to us and the apartment had washer and dryer! That was a must for us because of our kids. The staff was very helpful and friendly! The apartment was air conditioned and spacious, it fit our needs!

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Reef 303. The condo was well equipped and very clean. Vivian came pretty much every other day to clean and bring fresh towels. The location couldn’t be better, right on the beach and close to many great restaurants. Our only complaint was that the patio door wouldn’t lock but being on the 3rd floor we weren’t too concerned about safety.

Awesome location and place!

The location was amazing and we would totally stay here again. I would love to go ahead and plan our next stay! My only complaint is that the master bed was a little hard and the blankets weren’t very warm. This may have been due to the AC working a little too well and blowing directly on us while we were sleeping. But an extra blanket or two would fix it.

Reef303

We love El Faro condos. Close to everything! Reef 303 has a great view of pool and ocean- We enjoyed our stay. Furniture is pleasant and updated kitchen is great! We only used master bedroom which was nice with plenty of closet space and a spacious bathroom. Mattress was quite hard and bed linens could be freshened & updated/ but definitely not a deal breaker on this unit. Other sleeping areas looked nice. Enjoyed our vacation.
