Likes: Spacious w/ 3 bdrms and 3 bathrooms so a family of 4 could have some time to ourselves, great full kitchen, comfy beds, quiet, easy access to drive, wonderful staff, amazing pool and TV's in every room. Dislikes: Water pressure in one of the bathrooms was poor so it was not usable even after we fixed it a few times. Internet connection was off and on and better in some rooms than others, we weren't able to watch TV in the main bedroom, and a few of the remote controls did not have a volume button; there was a few insects we had to kill, ants galore in the kitchen. Lastly, we could not use the pool in the room since it was rusting, old bandaid found in it and we could see film build-up on the top of the pool. Thank you Casa Kaoba for having us.

Very close to Xcaret park very affordable and accessible location Renting a car would be very useful to move around the town and to the different tourist attractions Very spacious rooms bedroom is upstairs.

Beautiful property but need more maintenance. My room smell like mold the AC unit was driping water along the wall inside the room and bathroom was dirty and smelling. The front desk lady (night shift) was amazing she tried to help as much as she could. Anything broken she tried to fix it. Definitely great service.

The room was more than i expected very large and comfortable. There was no access to the rooms from anywhere but the lobby and parking was far so if I needed something from my vehicle I had to walk a fair quarter mile.
