This warm and inviting condo in Tidewater Beach Resort enjoys gorgeous views of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico and the sugary white sand below. Spend your days swimming in the warm waves, sunbathing on 600 feet of private beach (free seasonal beach service is included), and taking advantage of the indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs, arcade, and 4,300-square-foot fitness center conveniently located on the resort grounds.

Pier Park is less than a mile from this beachfront resort, offering an abundance of shopping and plenty of family-friendly activities, including the Panama City Beach Skywheel, a Grand IMAX theater, and the Emerald Coast Mirror Maze. Dine with the locals at Runaway Island, Dat Cajun Place Café, or Schooners Last Local Beach Club. You'll also be three-quarters of a mile from the Aaron Bessant Amphitheater (the site of the Seabreeze Jazz Festival, Unwined, and a summer concert series) and the famous Russell-Fields Pier - a great spot to catch the sunrise or sunset.

Reservations from March through October include beach service (two chairs and one umbrella).
Guest Registration is required for all guests. Guest registration includes parking passes and RFID wristbands. Failure to register will result in being denied check-in. Registration information will be provided in the confirmation email after booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 14.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
