Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park. There is plenty of seating with a couch, love seat and 2 oversized chairs. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and granite counters. Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, icemaker, blender, Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable and your personal streaming services available to download. Free Wifi! Enjoy your favorite songs from Spotify while enjoying the sunset. Condo also includes brand new washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed and own bathroom. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!

The 12th floor balcony is the perfect place to see for miles down the beach, or look far out onto the ocean to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and other sea life often visiting our waters. Parking: handled through the Calypso Resort Parking, Effective January 10th 2025 cost is $60 per car per stay with a max of 2 vehicles. Fees are subject to change per the HOA.

Wonderful place!

This is such a great condo! Very clean, roomy, and great location. Parking was convenient and easy. The beach is wonderful with restaurants and shops very close by. One of our sinks was clogged and was fixed right away. We will definitely be back!

Family Weekend

Our family had a wonderful time, this unit is in a great location for the beach, shopping, & dining. The views from the large balcony are awesome and having the beach chairs was a great plus. The kitchen was nice, we were able to prepare meals, lots of pots and pans, casserole dishes, etc. However, as far as cleanliness of the unit, overall it was ok, there is mold/mildew above the shower and on the ceiling in the master bathroom and one of the sinks barely drained, and the oven/stove was dirty. The towels that are provided definitely aren’t what I expected for something listed as premier (very thin and rough), corkscrew was not included in “every kitchen gadget” so I had to go buy one. There were plenty of extra pillows, but no pillow cases, so we had to go buy those as well. The dryer needs some attn, it took forever to get a few towels dry. Like I said, we had a great time and the unit is in a great location, just needs a little tlc. All of the Calypso staff and security were very nice and helpful.
