Relax on the deck as you watch the sunset in this top floor waterfront condo. You should find this two bedroom, two bathroom to be great for your retreat at the lake. The Master Suite has access to the deck, a private bathroom, TV, plenty of storage space and a new king bed to make your stay comfortable. The second bedroom has two twin beds. If you need a little more sleeping space, there is a Queen Air Mattress included to make this two bedroom unit sleep up to 6 people.

The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, and silverware but if you would rather do your cooking outside the private gas grill on the deck may be all you need. With a table and chairs on the deck, your cook won't even need to miss out on the conversation!

Lazy Days has two outdoor pools, a playground, gazebo and a pavilion with a public charcoal grill. There is on-site boat launching, trailer parking, and one boat slip is included (size varies/by request) at no additional cost when renting this condo. This complex is located on the Camdenton side of Osage Beach by land and on the 3 mile marker of the Grand Glaize Arm by water.

The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

Location location

Great place to stay if you have a boat and are trying to get out on the water. Boat launch conveniently located on site. Beds were very comfy and place looked very nice.

Inaccurate Listing

The listing incorrectly states that there is a queen sleeper sofa, which is the main reason we went with this condo. It does NOT have a pull out sofa at all. Someone had left ladies undergarments in one of the nightstand drawers. YUCK When I went to get a small juice glass, the first one I pulled out had a large piece of glass broken off leaving a jagged edge. Luckily I am the one that grabbed a glass and not one of my kids. A bit more attention needs to be paid to the condition of things and the cleanliness. Even with those issues we had a great time and the condo was comfortable. The pool was directly across the parking lot from the condo and was fantastic. It includes a very shallow area for non swimmers.

Great location!

The location was convienent. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of room for our family (7 people) Our kids loved the pool and the playground equipment. We'd definitely stay again.
