Airport shuttle took 44 minutes to arrive from the time we called. Had reservation for king room, said sold out and provided us with double bed room. Rude customer service person pushed us to cancel the reservation numerous times instead of fulfilling reservation. Blamed Expedia for all problems.

Located in a very good area or Orlando, close to the airport this hotel is a great choice. Clean and well-kept room, good service, convenient parking and breakfast. We recommend Ramada Suites for sure!
