1930's Art Deco cottage located in one of Downtown Orlando's premier locations. The Cottages at Lake Davis have been featured in many calendars and magazines for having a Miami charm. This cottage features terrazzo floors in the living and bedrooms, high ceilings, central air and heat, built-in dresser in each bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen. Live in one of downtown's most unique properties, walking distance to most of Downtown Orlando and Thornton Park's restaurants, shopping, and offices.
The cottage is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
