Dirty, rundown and outdated. Stains on popcorn ceiling and comforter. Has a smell to it that sticks to your clothes. Elevator looks like it is ready to come apart. No hospitality coffee for early departure guests. Pool constantly in shade of building and needs to be cleaned. Hot tub broken and covered with plywood. Pay extra and stay somewhere else!

I booked two nights and left after one. That alone should say enough. The toilet in my room made a constant noise all night. When I reported it, I was told they were fully booked and couldn’t switch my room. Their “solution” was to turn the toilet on and off at the knob near the floor — not exactly acceptable for a hotel stay. To make matters worse, I was only three doors down from the exterior exit, which slammed loudly every time someone came or went. Between the toilet noise and the door slamming, sleep was nearly impossible. Breakfast was another disappointment. The area was overcrowded and the food was cold. The beds were not comfortable at all, and the pillows were terrible. Even though I only stayed one night, they refused to issue any kind of a refund/credit. I chose not to stay the second night because there was no way I was dealing with these issues again. Overall, very disappointing experience. Never again.

There was only ONE washcloth in a room for TWO guests. We requested additional washcloths but was told they were out. The second time we requested an additional wascloth, the guy at the front desk indicated that it was the hotel's policy to only put ONE washcloth in the room even if there are 2 guests. That is ridiculous and I will never stay at this hotel chain again. They put two hand towels and two bath towels but only one washcloth...seriously. The guy at the front also had sassy response to my question of why there's only one washcloth given for a room of two guests. I've stayed in many hotels and obtaining additional towels has never, ever been an issue. again.hotelditional

The staff was friendly. I appreciated the complementary ride from and back to the airport. It was seamless. The driver was nice and professional, Maria. The front desk clerk was nice. The room was cozy and clean.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The refrigerator in our room was not working properly, which caused all of our food to spoil. We were out most of the day and only discovered the issue the morning of checkout, as there were no warning signs the fridge wasn’t cooling. Despite this being a hotel equipment failure, the hotel kept my security deposit and provided no explanation, itemized charges, or accountability. I followed all rules and left the room in good condition. Poor maintenance and even worse customer service. I would not stay here again.
