Worst hotel experience. Office was closed so had to call and get after hours help just after 11pm. While waiting someone was being arrested in the parking lot. Key didn't work so had to calls after hours line again. Room was disgusting and no towels. Didn't want to call after hours again so thought I would go get some in the morning, The room was absolutely filthy. There were cockroaches sure, but the worst was a pair of underwear on the light bulb in the bedside lamp. In the morning the desk didn't open until 10am strangely so we didn't get towels and decided to leave and not return for another night.

The only thing about this stay that was good was the air conditioning. Room was filthy, only 2 towels for 4 people if you want more you need to bring dirty ones o the desk to receive new ones for a cost. Nothing in the kitchenette you had a fee if you want to cook. Cockroaches

The staff was rude and inconsiderate, I had to wait for 20 minutes at the counter to get checked in. Staff) literally walked away and told me that he didn’t care about checking me in. He was gonna call someone else to do that for me. Then when I finally did get checked in, I was sent to a room that was not ready. The room wasn’t clean. There were no sheets on the bed. I had to go back to the counter again and ask for a room that was prepared. The guy acted like it was an inconvenience that I wanted to clean room.

I enjoy that this was a lot cheaper vs the other hotels and it’s very convenient to my kids school. I’d consider staying here again.

This hotel goes down in history as the world worst hotel in history. I want to start with it being nasty and everything that’s supposed to be accommodated either doesn’t work or a fee is associated. The staff are rude and sleep on the job. Not to mention it smells like poop or mold. There are constant noise complaints and I got followed twice by strangers almost to my room and I told the guy at the front desk, he asked me what do you want me to do. Excuse me? I have been basically living here for two months because it’s affordable however it’s not safe, it’s not clean, you can’t get help after 10pm, WiFi isn’t included, if you stay less then 7days you will not get clean towels or bedding, you will get chased by dogs though, said no smoking on the premises but right outside the lobby it’s covered in cigarette buds. You can no longer book for one night, you have to book for two. The cherry on top is the last time I gave an honest review the staff harassed me and my partner about it and said if you don’t like it you can leave. This place is crappy but so are the ghetto people who can afford to stay here.

I explained to Kenny the "manager" that the conditions of this hotel are shocking. I knew it was an extended stay and the rates are lower, i needed 1-2 nights for an event i was in town for and didn't want to break the bank. I have stayed at other extended stays and they were updated, clean and nice overall! This place had roaches, the carpet had mold on it, the room reeked of mold and there were DV fights happening in the parking lot. The elevator only worked going up, but that was whatever. I was only staying 1 night originally and had to change it to a 2 night stay & switched rooms thinking maybe another room would be better. NOPE! It smelled even worse (which i found crazy considering how bad the 1st room reeked of mold). The stench of the 2nd room was so unbearable i asked if my original room was still available. When i told the staff i wasn't happy with my stay because it was just gross. I might as well have slept in my car. They said they'd have Kenny the "manager" call me, when i didnt receive a call i decided to follow up myself. Kenny lied to me on the phone saying he wasn't aware the place had roaches and mold. That is a bold faced LIE. There are roachess crawling on the wall as you walk the hallways, and the mold smell was in at least 2 rooms so as amanager you're telling me you have NO CLUE the hotel you're responsibile for has roaches AND mold?? He said if i emailed him the video of the mold in my room he would do something. I emailed days ago...crickets.

I stayed on the 2nd floor in a handicap room and the elevator goes up to the 2nd floor but doesn’t go down so I had to take the stairs to get downstairs everytime smh…also I extended my stay only cuz I am here due to doctors appointments and I was charged a early check in fee that I wasn’t aware of at all beforehand and I had already been here I’m not too happy about that and will not be staying at the establishment anymore due to having to pay added costs and not being able to use the elevator and there isn’t even a sign of warning at all the staff is very rude
