Room was very clean and spacious. It had great amenities such as a kitchenette area with a microwave, mini fridge, and sink. Bed was fairly comfortable. The view was not great from our room. There is a $28 a night fee to park in the parking garage.

I stayed waiting to get into the lobby to chef in for over10 min, there was no one to bring us toilet paper for the day, so we had to hunt around for some, I asked for towels and they brought them at checkout time, the Hilton Gardens bartender Rachelle was extremely rude. We sat down to order, and she literally left us to tend to other people first, and we had to wait until everyone who sat down after us ordered. The kitchen closed 12 min before due time, so we couldn’t finish getting food even though there was food left and overall , it was just disappointing. I still have a 25% tip and I was still kind to all. I hope things change in the near future.

Nicely located: Plenty of dining and shopping around *considering the area. Pretty safe area. Close to large venues stadium and event center

Hotel stay was fine. Not wonderful. Not terrible. Room was clean. Was a bit noisy (could hear neighbors, music, etc.). Hotel was in a good location for walking to several tourist attractions. Breakfast was fine. Parking was connected with ability to go in and out (but very expensive extra charge). I was there off season (December) and hotel was way too expensive for that time of year. So the hotel itself was fine. But for the value way overpriced.
