This is a great property. The location is near good restaurants and is in walking distance of trolley and bus stops. The breakfast was excellent and fresh, and the common areas outside are inviting and comfortable. Sierra and Ken were very helpful at the front desk. Everything seemed really clean and well maintained.

The staff was all very friendly and the room was clean. Very cute little set up and so close to the WWII Museum. We had a wonderful stay. Parking is extreme everywhere around there.

The room was filthy and falling apart. Seemed like it had not been cleaned surfaces were sticky and nasty. The restroom had red smudges on the door and wall. The fridge was so loud it woke us up several times. The staff was noce but not very helpful.

Dirty and funky

The staff was friendly, but repeatedly failed to honor simple requests for several days. I had requested the bath products be refilled 3 times, but nothing so I approached a housekeeper who finally did. I requested no housekeeping services other than the refill of products. The carpets were filthy and probably needed to be replaced 10 years ago. Certain places like the elevators and hallways were obviously skipped by housekeeping on a regular basis. There was a funky smell in the room from the beginning. On the 5th day, there was a mouse in my room. Its in a good location and there is value for your money. I dont think it would take a lot to get this property in better shape.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a suite, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing for the price. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the fold-out bed even had old dryer sheets left inside, which made me question how thoroughly it was cleaned. The shower definitely needs updates, and the carpet throughout the room was noticeably worn and not clean. For what we paid, I expected better. At the very least, the hotel should consider replacing the carpets and investing in more comfortable beds to improve the overall guest experience.
