This was a great place to stay. Or first time in New Orleans but it won’t be the last. And yes, we would definitely stay there again. Quiet and spacious room and breakfast was excellent. Had the best English muffin I think I’ve ever had.

It is so perfectly spaced we walk to the outlet we walk to the Riverwalk we could walk to the trolleys we walk to the aquarium we walk to the walking tours everything was between a 7:00 and 30 minute walk. The hotel is old you can tell it's old but it's beautiful. And the staff is amazing breakfast was delicious the pool was nice and cool. They have a tennis court / basketball court. They have a gym. They don't come and service your room everyday but if you call they will. The products they have in the bathroom and shower are really great my daughter has sensitive skin and it didn't make her break out. It's so good I recommended it to all my friends and my mom the next time they come to New orleans. It definitely helped our stay the room was so spacious and so clean. The view was immaculate. And the AC was acing

Great location to convention center and also to several public transportation lines. Every single person on the staff that I interacted with was so nice and professional. The breakfast was great every morning. Room was clean and was very nice to have a large fridge for longer stay.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Not clean and was not told I needed to request housekeeping daily. The front desk is incompetent and stated housekeeping is a free service. It is not free if I have paid my hard earned money to stay here. Do not book this hotel ever. Also, waited over an hour to receive clean towels because the front desk clerk had no idea how to get them. They are useless and pathetic
