We stayed with 4 families with small kids but most of us feel uncomfortable since room was openly interconnected with no privacy. Couple of things were required to fix before host the property. We feel, it’s 3 bed room property instead 5 bed room home. Overall our experience to stay was not so pleasant.

It was a little awkward the way the house was arranged… I should have paid closer attention when looking at the photos. There were seven of us, and it was a little awkward that there was not a living room. The only way we could all gather together was on barstools in the kitchen, and there was no television in that space for entertainment. I do realize the pictures should have clued me to this, but I think it would be nice to have that explicitly stated in the listing. Also was a little irritating that we could never get the ceiling fans in the middle block of bedrooms to work.

I stayed overnight with some friends to celebrate my birthday. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and fairly spacious. The driveway can fit at least three cars, plus there is street parking. The hosts gave us good directions and getting to the property was a breeze. As a group of women, we felt safe staying here. I'd definitely book another stay in the future.

Stay before cruise

We stayed here as a group before leaving for a cruise. It was close enough to walk to the trolly and go downtown. It was clean and had multiple places to sleep. There was no seating except at the table but we were fine with that.

Bachelorette Party House!

We stayed with 10 women for a bachelorette party. It was perfect as we all had space in the house and didn’t feel on top of one another. The kitchen area is great for pre-gaming the night too! Everything was remodeled and nice, clean, and we all felt very safe in the area. XL Lyfts to bourbon st and other excursions were only about 20, which came out to being less than 10 round trip per person. It was nice to be able to leave Sunday morning without having a huge list of cleaning responsibilities, though we did tidy and pickup all the trash!

Big Disappointment!

We were definitely happy to leave. Walked into the main room with a large family to a room with a trundle bed. No couch? Four adults huddled on a twin bed to watch tv. Floor was sticky and smelled like the previous guest may have thrown up. Kitchen was well equipped but as an fyi, missing a wine bottle opener. Bathrooms: tacky 1 star bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Need to add towel holders and hang up bath towels.The only towel in each of the bathrooms was a small floor towel. Bedrooms were confusing but as described and the beds were comfortable. Dead roaches on the floor - not a fan! Neighborhood was definitely scary and we opted to not leave the property for dinner for fear that our personal belongings might not be there when we returned. For the amount we paid for one night we were all extremely disappointed and happy to leave.

Great house with great space! Neighborhood has some rough patches, but we always felt comfortable. I could imagine some people being a little nervous there, but wasn’t an issue for our group.

A GREAT PLACE TO LAY YOUR HEAD

The property is clean and looks to be newly remodled Beds were comfortable just pay attention to description, it said it is 5 bedroom but 1st bedroom is also livingroom and 1st door you walk through coming in the door, no chairs just a full size day bed w twin trundle, walking into the kitchen then down hall to1st bath, nice size,then 2nd bedroom is king but you have to go thru it to step up into 3rd bedroom w twin daybed w trundle, which you also walk thru to get to 4th bedroom w full or queen size bed on 1 end and 2nd medium size bath on the other, very tight quarters. Therw are doors seperating. Last bedroom at end of hall w a king w more privacy but a tiny bath. End of hallway is a rack to hang items as there is no closets or dressers. Bonus was they had a driveway to park in. Very great as street parking was limited Communication was great and we had no issues! Very pleasant interchanges. I did suggest adding some chairs as there was only beds and some bar stools to sit on. This unit offers lots of sleeping space but the more people you have the less privacy. I would stay again but if they dont add chairs i would recommend bringing some camp chairs just for somewhere to sit. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
