I really enjoyed the hotel overall, but I rated it 4 stars because of the strong cooked food smell in the elevators, which would cling to our clothes whenever we used them. It seemed like the restaurant’s grill exhaust might be venting into the elevator shaft. Other than that, our room and shower were excellent, the staff was very helpful, and the shuttle bus and taxis made getting around very convenient.

Very convenient if arriving or departing Narita airport. Can walk to the terminals if you need to. Theyxdo have a shuttle bus as well. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast. Would definitely stay again if needed.

Very old and dirty!

On Hotels.com website, picture of the room looks nice and clean. It is completely opposite in person. The ceiling has popcorn ceiling so that should tell you how old it is. There is only one light switch for the entire room (there was not a light switch for the entrance, a separate one for the bed, etc. our AC does not work very well even though we have it at the lowest setting. The vent to the AC is dirty. The bathroom has some brown stains around the toilet. Out shower curtain was brown at the bottom. The tub is uneven. When I put my products around the tub, it would tip over. The tub itself is warped. The walls of the room has stains. The decor of the room reminds me of an 80s hotel room. I do not recommend anyone to stay here especially for the price per night at this hotel.

Narita Tobu Hotel

We had an amazing one night stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the breakfast buffet has great choices and delicious. This hotel was just a few minutes away from Narita airport and they have free shuttle.

Perfect for late night airport arrivals

Love the free shuttle bus, even though you can walk easily to T3 and T2 its nice to have the bus. Great konbini in the lobby but for earlybirds its a shame it doesnt open intil 8 or 9 so had to walk to airport for breakfast. Room was huge, yukata was comfy, huge selection of channels on tv i was only there one night but was perfect if you dont fancy the long trip into Ueno or Shinjuku snd just want a shower and a lie down and head off early the next day. Room was really big and hotel was busy which was great to see. No complaints and check in and out was so fast and simple.
