I reached out beforehand to see if we can leave out luggage before check out and hang at the hotel since they have restaurants and such. When the day came, I learned the restaurants are reservation only because they were booked out the rest of the day. So i tried to make a reservation for lunch the next day and they said theyre booked, but we can go to their special new years weekend dinner which sounded overpriced so we passed on it. I then inquired about breakfast because I remember seeing breakfast included, and they said nothing is open before 11:30. Im like ???? Because how did no one communicate that reservations are recommended because they book in advance and that there is no breakfast. So we hung out in one of the lounges and ate some food from the familymart. When I complained because I chose a hotel that we can stay at and eat in so we didnt have to leave and for us to have to leave to eat at another hotel is ridiculous because then we could have just stayed in one of those hotels instead. Its mostly hotels and their restaurants in the immediate area. Suddenly an opening for lunch became available. Then we checked in and were told different information, that there was breakfast and the info on that. Idk maybe the online staff is different? In person staff seemed to know info.We get to the room, the carpet looks outdated and ready to be replaced. I can tell either the previous guest or a current neighboring guest was a smoker, because we smelled it even in our hair.

does not look at all as advertised. The hotel is totally dated and not well kept, rooms are apparently clean, until you take a closer look at the showers, which are all yellow, stained and moldy, with old not well kept carpets, and old furniture filled tiny rooms. Åt some areas it looks as a safety hazard, like it could collapse at any point, specially near the garden wing, the elevators leading to the garden, or the emergency stairs are in terrible conditions. To check in or out you have to wait in line, I waited 1 hour in line, 20 persons in front of me just to check in, same thing for check out and bus to the airport was about to leave. awful experience

Beds were comfortable but the room was extremely warm and there wasn’t any way to cool it. Room was clean. Air ducts appeared to have mold which was a concern. Hotel isn’t walking distance to anything. Wasn’t aware or was told that a bus takes you to the city mall for free. Staff were friendly.
