Nice but the neighbors were loud

We enjoyed the location and the pool. The Only thing I would complain about was the loud neighbors behind the lock off door. I guess they thought they were the only people staying on this floor.

The location was perfect and the weather after Hurricane Debby could not have been better. Great place to stay for a week-end get-a-way.

Nice location but unit needed maintenance

Unit very humid and warm upon arrival. AC totally shut down on second day. Repair done quickly after being reported. Vacation was disrupted due to the needed repair. Bathroom mats were wet due to the humidity issue. The bench at the foot of the bed had wobbly legs and was not a comfortable seat. The closet doors were also out of alignment. With a little bit of maintenance, this could be a very nice property.

Nice place, had a great time. Check in process was horrible, because I never received check in info.

Property was nice, just not doing a property with check out at 10am again , very inconvenient, after the late check in . Because the cite had the wrong address for the hotel. It took a minute to figure it all out, we didn’t receive the check in info until after we arrived. We had no room number or anything. We were frustrated after long drive.

Excellent Experience!

The registration process was easy, management was very responsive to messages, check-in and checkout were seamless, and there were no housekeeping or maintenance issues at all during our stay. The room was amazing and the resort is perfect for a couple or for a family getaway! Can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful end to an incredible cross country trip

My favorite part of the room was the bed and pillows especially after driving across the country and to have such a comfortable bed and pillow to sleep in was wonderful. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed being so close to the beach and the Apache Boardwalk. I have nothing negative to say, we enjoyed our visit so much that we booked an extra night.

Great Experience

We love this condo. The building and condo are tastefully decorated, and the condo is located in one of our favorite locations. We had a great view of the ocean, and it was very quiet. You do need to bring soap for the bath and coffee. It would help to have this information several days ahead of your stay.

Enjoyable Stay-Love Kingston Plantation

This Brighton Tower property was clean and neat! Near the elevator which was great for me since I have walking issues and you couldn’t hear the elevator or the passengers waiting for the elevator. Great view of the ocean and beach. Beautiful sunrise and sunset. Well positioned for traffic, shopping and shows!

Lovely!

Room was exactly what was expected. Very clean on arrival. The bed was very comfortable. Even though it was a studio we had a Keurig, microwave, toaster and a mini fridge. Was perfect to be able to make breakfast before leaving for the day. Being on the 15th floor made the view just gorgeous. Would stay again.

Beautiful View

The balcony provided a beautiful view with very comfortable furniture. The bed was also comfortable. The bathroom needs some attention. The mildew in the one shower needs to be taken care of. The bath mat was a foam mat that people have in their homes. It was very dirty. Also, there are two showers. The second shower also needs a bath mat. When I went to clean up some water, I used a towel. The towel was literally black from the dirt on the floor. Other than that, the condo is beautiful and the property is in a great location.

Cleaning in this studio at Brighton’s should of been better in bathroom shower floor needs cleaned

We love staying at the Brighton but we rented this studio 1508g and whoever cleans needs to clean shower floor with chloride and brush it’s dirty and also bathroom floor little refrigerator freezer was caked with ice needs to be defrosted we couldn’t put ice trays in we come every year please check on housekeeper thanks and God Bless and have wonderful day

Just Right

The condo was just right for a week with family who were in the same building. The mini-kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals rather than eating out everyday. The bed was very comfortable and the availability of two showers saved us a lot of time in the mornings so we could get to the beach and when we came back from the beach and need to rinse off. The view from the balcony was great especially the sunrise. We were close to other amenities in the plantation and the Apache Pier. It was disappointing that the water park was still under construction and not available.

Okay stay and service

Cleanliness was just ok. There was a hole in the ceiling, coffee spot on the cabinets, sandy floors. The back door doesn’t lock & the tv didn’t work. Tried contacting the owner during our stay to get things fixed & they never responded. It was fine for our stay but probably won’t stay there again.
