Location was amazing ! Convenient to everything. The resort was amazing and parking was great just right across the street and so easy to get to the parking garage. walking out to the beach was so easy. We jumped on the elevator, walked out by the pool and down to the beach within five minutes.

I booked this property through 3rd party I thought I had ocean FRONT but it was ocean view and when I tried to change it the hotel refused to accommodate even though the third party said they were fine with it. I was will to pay for the upgrade. This property had a strict, no refund no cancellation policy. Another thing too many employees loitering around the property in the morning and evening in the entry way talking and smoking and maintenance people leave carts and equipment in the hallways causing the hallway to be cluttered. On my last day at checkout 9:55am an employee was knocking on my door reminding me to check out

the location was great, overall in good shape our particular room must have been getting some paint, it smelled heavily of paint and the bifold door on the utility room was laying across the hallway when we entered the room, the door and smell gave a bad first impression.
