The check in process was pretty easy and easy to follow. The location was great. North Myrtle is more laid back and quiet compared to its southern counterpart. The place its self needs a good deep clean though. There was some hair in the bathroom and the walls had stuff all over them when we arrived. There was a washer and dryer on site but you had to go get change from the hotel 2 doors down which was a little annoying. The indoor/outdoor pool was pretty cool except almost every lounger was broken. The condo has a pizza place on site which was a 10/10.

Great property

The condo was great and I would definitely stay here again. The location is great. Close to a grocery store, Apache Pier and plenty of restaurants. The beach access is easy and views are wonderful.

Girls trip

The condo needs some TLC. It looked much nicer in the pictures. One of the twin beds had sand on the sheet and a missing bedspread on the other twin. The entry rug was filthy. This place could use a deep cleaning. The towels were stained with bleach. We were not fans of ROKU TV because we weren’t familiar with it. The management company responded quickly to our questions. The location of the condo is great.

Rent this condo! Great place to stay!!

This was a last minute booking and we are so glad we picked this condo rental!! The location is perfect!! Everything is so close! The ocean front view is perfect! Right on the ocean!! Beautiful! The furniture needs upgraded, but hey, we’re not there for that! The owner was in contact with us all of the time and check-in and check out were so easy. We can’t wait to go back!! We are soooo ready! This is where we’re going to be staying again when we do! Again, rent this condo!

Good spot but description incomplete

The reservation went well and the informations for arrival were easy to follow. But in the description when I reserved, no where it was written that I could not park motorcycles in the condo's parking. If i wouldn't specified it on my reservation that I was driving motorcycles, I would have been in trouble at my arrival. The day I arrived, the man at the gate in the parking, almost didn't let me come in the parking with my motorcycles to drop my luggage. He was not nice at all. So, because I was unable to park during my stay, it cost me money to be able to park in another parking (about 8 miles from there) plus taxis fees during my stay, cause I had no vehicule to travel around. If it would be written in the description, I wouldn't have reserved there at all. This been said, for the condo, it was nice, but a bit dirty (especially the carpet). Plus, there was few cabinets handles missing, and cabinet Doors broken. And also the chairs on the balcony, 2 out of 4 were not usable. The pool is great and the fact that it is right by the beach, is what is good about this condo.
