No real beach view. Hotel is opposite side of the freeway from the beach. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the wharf and cannery row. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. AC works fine and they have a very good complimentary breakfast

Nice place to stay just outside Monterey centre. Plenty of free parking onsite and large reception area including lots of seating for the free breakfast which itself was good. Coffee is available free all day. Room was spacious and overall it was clean.
