Room, breakfast, easy access to TV stations (unlike most hotels), easy check-in and efficient airport shuttle. However, I was unable to reach the front desk from my room. I called “guest services” several times and it just rang forever. I was trying to get a forgotten hygiene item and to ask why, when the temperature is 12 degrees (-10 with the windchill), the heating unit in my room only put out cold air.

The staff did their best. There were no parking spots available when we arrived -- looked like snow was covering some spots. The receptionist "made" a spot for us out front that hopefully wasn't a fire lane, and she comped our parking fee. The breakfast area was hot and crowded. Pancake and coffee stations are cool until half a dozen people are waiting in line for them. Our daughter went to take a shower at 10am, and there was no more hot water.Overall, it did the job of giving us a place to sleep overnight, but I would not

Rooms were nice but smelled like urine, room number 115 and specially room 117. The side of the door frame was broke and they put some gorilla glue patch but the gap was still wide enough and can see inside the room. Staff was nice, breakfast was ok. It is clean. We were transferred to another room because the heater was not working. It could have been nice if they don’t charge $15 for parking. Are we not entitled for a free parking for renting a hotel room?they are located in the city. Why not include the parking charge on the amount on line, rather then us being surprise they charge parking fee at Che k in? The breakfast is not the greatest.
