Great value for money and great staff. Very close to the beach and has a nearby marked if you need anything. No cost to borrow beach towel and more. Standard complementary breakfast. Coffee and water available all the time, also free.

The property looks good in pictures, but is definitely a dated location and not as it appears. There is no pool, the chairs and towels provided are hardly worth the “resort” fees.

The internet connection in our room is bad, so we're using our own WiFi. The hotel WiFi only works well in the bathroom and just outside the door. Maybe our room is located at the far end of the hotel on the third floor? Despite that, the location is great, and we can walk to the beach. They provide free chairs and towels

Great experience . If I’m going to Miami again I’ll definitely stay here again . Great costumer service clean room .2mins away from the beach . They provide the chairs umbrella and towels if you’re planning to go to the beach nearby .

Great for solo or couples quick trip!

Very cute and comfortable with a great location just a little north of Miamis most popular attractions but still a solid area with great restaurants, bars, shops nearby! Very close to the beautiful beach! Staff was friendly and the room was clean! Great for adults for a few nights, would be fine for a family for one or two nights but not great for a longer stay. I would totally stay here again!

I didn't stay to long. We were there for maybe 9 hours over night. Nice that the hotel is right 30 meters away from the beach, SUPER convenient! Absolutely wonderful staff! I LOVE the complimentary tea/coffee in the lobby. Nice that they offer a complimentary breakfast as well! The rooms were ok but very humid and the bathrooms mildly outdated. The bathroom ventilation was very poor. The hallways did not feel like a hotel but rather a working class apartment building. The balcony access was nice however. Again, the staff was amazing!!

The location of the hotel is great for the beach,the rooms are clean. But,it is noisy with the lift and you can hear other residents. The room looks quite tired and beds are not the most comfortable. Breakfast is basic, they dont clean the tables in-between patrons and i can be a bit hectic.

I booked this hotel because it’s in a great area and I called the hotel to ask staff about parking. They assured me they had garage parking for $30 a night. When we arrived I was told their parking garage is full and I could park on the street for $3 an hour (ridiculous). Luckily there was another garage for the same price- 14 min walk from the hotel. Then another visitor took our carry on bag by mistake. We asked the front desk lady to call the other individual since they took our bag. She didn’t understand and went on the phone speaking in Spanish completely ignoring us. Then she gave us our room key, we went up and it was a downgraded room. We booked the room with a balcony and she gave us a smaller room with no balcony. We had to move all our things back down to tell her we need a new room, which again she didn’t apologize and was on the phone. Overall, the staff did not help, the walls are very thing you can hear everything and everyone, the elevator is extremely slow, and the overall quality is just O.K. The location is the only upside of this hotel.
