The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice! The breakfast was great especially the croissants. The hotel was in the perfect location. I will definitely Be returning and I highmy recommend it

Room was super Tiny andere had strange stains on wall. Verry noise airco but if You shut it down all the other noise is so loud that putting it back on makes no difference. They mave to make a copy of your id like it's 1999. And that copy you don't get back at check out. So if they do so be wise and write on the copy! Protect your id! Staff was not onfriendly but was also not friendly. Just what they had to do, nothing more. Will not Stay here again. Only location is worth the money everything els is not!

We arrived to the hotel around 6am, the front desk was very nice to give us a room very early , room is clean, big and beds super comfortable, the lady at the front desk in the afternoon, yens reserved for us a very nice restaurant to surprise my wife in her 50th birthday! People look very happy to work there, I saw the gm twice with a big smile , that is what make the difference between big hotels and boutique hotels, I will stay again very soon.

Under new management this hotel is going down, cheap breakfast, rooms not so clean, sloppy service. Once this was my home in Miami beach! I am still waiting for a phone call from the hate manager I asked November 5th......This is the last time we stayed here

My family and I checked into this hotel last night. The smell when you first walked in is intense took my breath away not in a nice way. They had a green Tea type incense throughout the hotel very overpowering. Smokers where in my room prior as the bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke. No vehicle parking near hotel unless you want to pay $24 for 1 day or park 2 blocks away. Unless you understand Spanish or Mexican you may feel out of place within the area the hotel is located.

I stayed here with 17 friends last week for a bachelorette party. Not only is the location great (just a block from Lincoln Rd) but all the rooms and all the acommodations were clean and up to date. But the staff was amazing, they made are stay even better! The checked us in very quickly, explained all the main attractions and where to go, they stayed ahead of our every need (at every hour) and we´re incredibly patient and cool with 18 loud girls! From beginning to end they were attentive, nice, and always kept a smile on their faces! Congrats on such amazing staff, they are what hospitality is all about!

The only genuinely positive thing that all guests could possibly agree on is this hotel's location. It is 2 minutes walk to the beach, supermarkets, 24/7 shops and fast food, nice restaurants/bars/clubs and Lincolns mall. HOWEVER, the location at this price means everything else is sub-standard so it really depends on what you think is important. If you book an early cheap bargain then fine but don't pay premium for a stay here! 1. Rooms are small, beds are smaller than a standard double. If you're over 5'10 you won't fit in the double bed especially if sharing. No space to hang clothes. Safe provided. 2. Lobby and communal areas are clean and you are greeted by the strong smell of disinfectant when entering the hotel. However, daily maid service will simply remove rubbish and make beds. All mirrors, floors and surfaces in bedroom and bathroom will remain dirty for duration of your stay. 3. TV - didn't work! I don't recommend travelling to sit in the hotel all day but should you wish to watch tv, it's nice if it's an option. 4. Wifi - very temperamental. It worked most of the time but would randomly stop. 5. No soundproofing at all. You can hear everything - people walking, talking, arguing and (dare I say it) making up...it's not the fault of the guests being noisy, walls are thin. 6. Another noise issue - maintenance and industrial cleaning and vacuuming at 1am in lobby. 7. Hostel next door is lively - wasn't a problem for us considering noise conditions inside the hotel. 8. Breakfast = No options. You are provided with a tray with literally 1 croissant, 2 slices of toast, small pot of chopped pineapple/melon with orange juice and a hot drink. It's more hangover cure than breakfast which may suit some more than others. 9. Pool - don't bother stay here for the pool, it's never in the sun and the photos are deceptive as it's tiny. 10. Ending on a positive...sun loungers on beach were great (you get 2 loungers per room but it's $10 for 1 extra lounger per person per day). Overall, if it's a quick pit stop or girls/lads holiday and you just want to have a base then great. Just be wary if you want to have the option to have some snooze time before your night out on the town because you probably won't get much sleep! I wouldn't recommend the hotel for families, elderly, disabled or couples wanting a romantic break. Pay more and go elsewhere!

We got moved here because our hotel had overbooked. Words cannot describe the hassle. We are in our third room now. We had a gas leak in one which was even more worrying because the management couldn't have cared less. Showers that don't work, bath tubs that can't fill up because the plug is broken and TV's that don't work the list is endless. Instead of a relaxing break I'm totally stressed. Do not stay in this hotel

Celebrated our birthday in Miami We really enjoyed our stay our only complaints the bathrooms are the size of a closet, no towels, also no refrigerator, or microwave available, and no parking. Great room tho just the right amount of space. Key locks with actual keys. Employees were so nice we really loved this place. Right in the mix with everything and we had no need for a car. Breakfast is ok its different types of bread and muffins juice and coffee. There a small pool nice patio area. Front desk will hold your bags before and after check out If you need a place to store your things. Wouldn't recommend for large groups unless ok with 2 or 3 people to a room max to be comfortable. Nice boutique hotel.

The rooms are cleaned and very nice. The location is near the beach making it great because you can go anytime you want. Breakfast is good. Service is amazing the people there are always making sure we have what we need and when we need it. The pool is cleaned and looks very nice.
