The pool closed at 5pm, the hallway stinks so bad. The bedsheets had hairs and stains. Just very very dingy, old, dirty room.

Very clean. Able to store luggage after check out, while waiting for cruise.
Decent overall hotel. Property needs some maintenance, but overall good value for the money
I love the location minute’s from the beach… I hate that the pool close at 5 pm everyday . The beach chairs for the beach are located almost 5 blocks away from the property..(inconvenient) and the hotel smelt like mildew. I probably won’t stay both nights. I do love the 2 pm late check/out,
I was happy that they let me check in early. I arrived at 9:30 am. The staff was friendly and accommodated my early arrival by having my room ready quickly-- in just a few minutes. Close to the Beach and in a good area.

The hotel has an excellent location, on a quiet street near the action and the beach. The walls of our room were thin, so we could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. They charge a "resort fee" which feels excessive, for a pool that doesn't really have pleasant surrounds, and beach chairs (but no umbrella). The front desk personnel could definitely be friendlier. There is a very good, pricy, vegan restaurant in the hotel which is nice, but also takes up all of the sitting area in the lobby. So, overall, our quest for a reasonably priced boutique hotel on South Beach continues!
Rooms really small and outdated. Staff was really nice and attentive.
This property was very small. Smelling so moldy and humid inside the rooms. The bathroom was so small. It was not as expected. Never again. Would not recommend to anyone. We booked for 3 nights and left after one night. We didn’t get a refund either. Worst Experience Ever.
The room was small but was perfect for me n my husband. Location was great as far as access to beach and restaurants and shopping. Only downside is pool is very small

The place has a cute little vegan restaurant inside. However the pool and beach lounge situation were very misleading. The pool is tiny and dirty and there were only upright chairs and no where to lay out. They close the pool at 5:00 p.m so they can use the tables out there for the restaurant. The beach is like 5 blocks north on 21st st. I know we would have to walk a couple blocks to the beach but it was another 5 once we get there. Last, the beach area only serves people staying at their direct hotel , the people from the Crest can’t order from the servers coming around , the people who give towels and chairs told me MAYBE if I walked to the booth next door they MIGHT bring stuff to the chair... but it sounded like that was a part of the deal when I booked.
Enjoyed this place very much! The only thing I didn’t like was that the room wasn’t serviced daily. If you wanted/needed towels, toilet paper or new sheets you had to ask for them. They were however delivered quickly! Definitely recommend!
