We got upgraded to the ground floor studio. We did not notice that the window was left open by the cleaning personal and were robbed. My clothes on the table next to the window were missing. This can happen, but the hotel staff did not care. I had to go into the backyard myself and found my clothes on the street but what was in it was gone. I do not mind the robbery, I am annoyed that the hotel has forgotten to close the window and afterwards did not care about it. Also the door from the Cage around the Hotel wasn't Close!
We have been allocated into a very spacious suite room with all the facilities we need. The room was clean, the staff was friendly especially the young Latin lady at the reception. The location is excellent, walking distance from the beach, restaurants, shopping. The negative part is that we were asked to pay a resort fee, there was no transfer to Fort Lauderdale Airport & the breakfast was quite poor. Other than that - excellent stay!
This hotel was not so of a great experience. As we reached to our rooms we entered a different room which we thought it was ours and had to relocate to our own room . so from the beginning they had us all over the place looking for our rooms. The pool area was closed for 2days which we didn't mind but on the day that it was opened it looked the same as it was closed, the breakfast wasn't to pleasing with fruit cups and bread. The only good thing about this hotel was the location.
I had a good time, I took a break, for a weekend, so this is a good option because is really convinieant, close from anywhere in SOBE, good deal, Paco help me a lot with some tips, I recommend this place.
The location was great with great large rooms for the price. I was very pleased with a member of the staff name Francisco which was very helpful and treated me with great respect like if I was family. Also he gave me very good tips of where to go and places where I could go and have fun and enjoy the Miami Life.
The best thing about the crest is the service provided by the very attentive staff, almost personal level, the management took the effort of leaving a little cupcake because it was my birthday , we would like to thank George and Edisson who help us in every way. Location can't be better, need a bit of renovation but is ok. We will definitely come back.
The breakfast we were asked if we wanted banana or a simple fruit coctail. No buffet. The swimmingpool was full of bugs an other variation off crap. No sunbeds, just 4-5 chairs. This hotel was such a dissapointment that we checked out the next day. It's a parody that they use the word suite in their name. Even the price for staying here was quite high because it's located at South Beach were all is expensive. A standard draft beer in the area cost from 10$++. The service was crappy. Called to ask if we had forgotten some stash at our room, but nobody cared to check and just said to us that nothing was left on the room. We didn't trust them and went back and insisted to habe a look in our previous room, and what did we find in clear daylight, the stuff we were missing. No, this is as close to a scam that you will ever get.
This was by far the WORST hotel I stayed at. From the moment I arrived at the hotel for the check in process was very unorganized and they did not give clear instructions to what was include with your stay. Once I received my room after a long flight, i take this very small elevator to arrive at my room. Which I must say was at a 1 STAR at best!... They gave me dirty towels, and the sheets on my bed had dirty stains when I pulled the covers back. As you could imagine I wanted to take a shower which was a disaster as well. The shower/tub begin to clog as I'm taking a showing leaving the water to feel all the way up. They also did not replace the soaps/shampoo from the prior guest they were used. But by far the worst part of the entire trip was after my first night at the Hotel they claimed to have run out of wash clothes. So for the remaining 3 nights of my stay I had to go to the local CVS and buy wash cloths so I could clean. THE WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.. Housekeeping will give attitudes when you ask them to bring items to your room. And the front desk does not always relay your request to them resulting in multiple phones calls and even trips down to the desk. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!.
Me and my partner stayed here, the only downside was the stove leaked gas. For the price and location it was nice, nothing flashy but a pleasant relaxing vacation, rooms were clean regular and excellent location
