Is a hotel I’ve stayed at before and like the last time I stayed there, everything was good from check in to check out, clean room, good cleaning policy in place for social distancing and just overall a good experience.

This building had the charm of old Spanish colonial style, had a bar and cute little pool area. The staff was super friendly and the doorman Alfredo was wonderful. They give you water before you left and returned back to the hotel because it is super hot in Miami. The hotel was literally a 5 minute walk from the beach and near plenty of restaurants and shopping stores. You definitely don’t need a car in this area. The room was clean and comfortable, hot shower and since they don’t have house keeping, there were plenty of towels and there was a extra roll of toilet paper. Every though the hotel is in a busy touristy area, I was surprised by how quiet the room was. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

Our key card didn’t work everytime we left the room, it needed to be rest. Love the concierge & the Bartender great & positive all the time.

The very WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. How in the world is this a 4 star hotel? I believe they must’ve paid for these reviews they have. Worthless and trust me… nothing like you’d expect from these ratings. Bellhop is a kind gentleman. The people DO NOT answer the phone, you’ll get NO ROOM SERVICE, and TOWELS will not be available to you. If you go down stairs to get towels.. one of 2 things will happen, 1 - no one will I’m the lobby 2- They’ll tell you that you won’t be able to get towels until 1pm when there’s truck comes. Be careful with the shower door, it could shatter the glass with the way it closes.

Nice cozy place and it’s in the facility of everything

I reserved a double for $719 when i got there they had none available so i took a single with intent on getting compensated for a night or a discount i got nothing!! Front desk staff was rude ill never come back!!!

free waters the whole stay!

room was nice staff was friendly location was great bar was nice pool was nice

The staff was very helpful and friendly

The hotel was convenient, clean and had great amenities. what I did not like was the front desk personnel. Upon my arrival to the hotel a little before midnight, I was LIED to and told that I was not allowed to split the payment for the room. Now upset, and Unaware of this policy, (that i later found out was false information, and that the entire time i could have very well split the payment) i went outside to make a phone call and see if i could get all the funds needed to cover the room all on one card. The front desk employee came outside and said he "help" us would try to check us in, he proceeded to charge one card with $440, and the other with the entire charge of 703.15 which is over $1100 when the room was 703 with the taxes and the security hold. This absolutely ruined my weekend trip to Miami. luckily I was not alone on the trip and the other party had enough $ to cover both of us for the weekend because after this mishap with the check in process i was left with $28 dollars on my credit card and almost $100 in overdrafts and fees with my bank and am still dealing with these issues after I've already left Miami. Hotel was nice but not worth the LITERAL headache and lack of customer care and lack professionalism I experienced over that weekend. I don't care how cute the bikes where or how refreshing the citrus water was, It was not worth the hassle, I would absolutely never recommend this hotel, hospitality and SERVICE is everything to me when traveling.

The hotel has a smell and could use some improvements

Staff was very gracious and helpful, particularly Arturo and Mark at the front desk. We were given champagne at check in, a nice touch. Rooms was relatively spacious and comfortable. Door on cabinet for fridge was broken but not a big deal. Bathroom was pretty though no real barrier to keep water in the shower. Elevator is old and creaky, tight squeeze. Pool "grotto" cute with waterfall. We didn't try the restaurants.

Good property in great local. Easy walking access to everything you might want in South beach.

The staff really made our stay. So friendly and nice and helpful with everything you needed. We spent four nights here and had a great time. The location of the hotel is perfect too. Definitely one of the nicer properties in this historic area South Beach.

Very friendly staff with clean rooms. Will stay here again

Nice. Great location, close to the beach and shops. Grear staff

staff was always friendly and helpful.I love the fact that the hotel rooms and surroundings were always clean. I also love the fact that the hotel is located near shops and restaurants

This was my first time in Miami and I'm really glad I didn't try to pick one of the super cheap hotels to stay at in South Beach. Blue Moon is a cool, cozy hotel only a block away from the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The staff is incredible. We arrived too early to check in, but they took our bags while we explored south beach a little until our room was available. The welcome champagne was nice, our room was comfortable. The only issue was that, I think because we had a large tree right outside our window, we had little ants crawling on our night stand and bed, but as soon as we told the front desk about it, we had new sheets put on the bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in South Beach and I would definitely consider staying here again!
