The hotel is under new ownership and changes are underway. The room was clean upon arrival but the couch in the room had a big tear in a side seam and the foam rubber was sticking out. The refrigerator needed to be defrosted desperately. I never saw housekeeping my entire three day stay and had to request fresh towels daily.

Room was clean, BUT I was located in the rear of hotel, noise til midnight...doors slamming, people yelling, 2 females fighting in hallway, screaming on cell phones @ 3am, mother yelling at her child at 4am..male and female arguing in next room to the point where I heard the entire conversation.. food smells from guest cooking in their room to a point where it permeated into my room..

The location between Boston and Salem was great. Overall, the hotel was clean. It could use some updating. Our window in our room wouldn’t close all the way leaving a small gap and it was cold out. There was a lot of noise throughout the middle of the night with loud guests and one couple fighting.

The hotel itself was clean, there appeared to be some small construction in progress (electrical wires hanging down in the corridor where our room was located), there was no breakfast as suggested on their details page. Otherwise a clean comfortable hotel, I think I overheard they had just taken over the property maybe the amenities will match the description once they are settled?
