Disappointed. I was told that I could have breakfast on the house due to having to be moved into a clean room. My first room was full of garbage. The breakfast was non-existent. The Boy who works in the breakfast deli was 30 min late to work! And then proceeded to tell me he had no breakfast available. I was pissed because I had an 8:30 meeting in Lowell. No coffee - no breakfast food … nothing! Second time in a row that I stayed there and this same problem occurred. They need to fire that boy. He also smoked outside the door everytime I went in and or out, tossing his cigarette butts all over the grass. Gross - Dirty and disappointing.

Great hotel overall in an industrial park though. Breakfast options based on starbucks menu was allright but extremely expensive and service while very friendly was extra long. We were on a hurry for a work meetng that morning and almost ended up late by asking to black coffees. Great room, a bit small but very clean and functional.

cant really beat $550 for 6 nights. thats what i paid. really great deal for a trip to Massachusetts. $7-10 uber to the commuter rail. take a weekend and get the weekend pass. this is how to vacation on a budget. get lucky and book it some time in advance. other stuff: room is really clean and has all the hotel essentials, minus some complementary water. Sorry i just really appreciate hotels that do that they take a $100 security dep. pretty dumb theres no disclaimer on expedia but i appreciate the hustle. Ending this review early because i'm feeling self- conscious. good bye
