Beautiful rooms, well located for Shepherd’s bush and Hammersmith Apollo. The only thing that bothered me was the two very flat pillows included on the bed. I got a sore neck trying to get a good night sleep on those, which was a shame as everything else particularly the bathroom was beautiful.

Staff were friendly and always helpful. Best thing was the closeness to the tube, bus line and trains. The convenience store right below the hotel was very handy too. Many food options all around from fast food to fine dining. The room was a bit small, but manageable.

Lovely property on the west side of London. Very convenient to the underground (when it’s not on strike). The staff were very helpful with luggage, suggestions and making cab arrangements. My single room on the front side of the hotel was a little noisy, but nothing that earplugs couldn’t handle. There was a very strong young man on site to handle the ridiculously heavy luggage that I brought. Fairly priced and convenient.

Our stay was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better – less than 100 meters from the station. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were kind enough to let us leave our bags the next day while we went shopping. We booked this stay after a trip to Wembley and it was absolutely perfect. The room was lovely – far nicer than we expected for the price we paid. Great value and highly recommended!

This was a nice little hotel close to a tube station and the Westfield mall. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and made the check in process easy. There was some construction while we stayed which created some noise and disturbance but was in the process of being completed

i like that its close to a underground and overground station, westfield london and a walking distance to notting hill. not fan of the AC temp as its not consistent with air flow, shower head is not working properly

This property has gone downhill since I last stayed in 2019. There were stains EVERYWHERE. On the curtain, on the bed runner, the carpet. There were brown stains on the grout in the bathroom and the bathroom hardware was rusted. The towels were haphazardly thrown on the bed and they were a dingy light grey color. It was obvious the towels were originally white. Even the key card had stains on it and looked like it's been through better days. I looked at a total of 3 rooms and they were all in the same condition. I could not book another hotel fast enough!
