Park Plaza London Riverbank was the PERFECT hotel for our first time in London. From the time we got to the property to the time we left it was AMAZING!! The staff ALWAYS went above and beyond. Helped with direction and suggestions on dining. The room was so clean and if we needed anything all we needed to do was call and it was delivered to our room within minutes. And the location....PERFECT!!! We were within walking distance to a Big Bus tours stop, Parliament, Queens Tower/Big Ben, the London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Borough Market and so many others.

Staff were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Property was clean, quiet, comfortable and within walking distance to most attractions I wanted to visit. There’s a strong smell of fragrance upon entering the hotel lobby that triggered my allergies but I did not smell it anywhere else within the premises.

Previous occupier’s clothes left in our drawers, engineer unable to supply extension cord for breathing machine - he pushed our power boards joined together down the back of the bed to reach across!! The shampoo and handwash containers in bathroom were empty or faulty.

Lovely hotel but far too hot at night

The hotel was lovely and the staff were really nice, everyone was friendly and helpful. However the room we were in was so hot. We got absolutely no sleep the air conditioning wasn’t working.
