Wifi was very poor in rooms. Buffet breakfast was overpriced and barely tolerable quality. No bar soap, no Kleenex, no facecloth, no phone in room, no refrigerator in room. Comforter was too heavy - no alternative blankets. Good location for busing to Trafalgar Square etc.

Good hotel for the price(it's London) & near svcs

Overall a good place & within 5 blocks of many restaurants, services, the Tube & hopon hopoff busses, but could use some improvements to make it more comfortable. Mattresses def could be more comfy, maybe add memory foam toppers, something so they don't feel so hard. Also, no washrags avbl...handowels are too big to use in the shower. Bigger soap dispensers for shower. In general, a water fountain somewhere for guests to fill bottles and an ice machine.

we were assigned a very small room The desk reception were very helpful and quickly changed our room to one substantially larger They were helpful and very pleasant Room very clean Conveniently located a short walk to Queensway or Bayswater underground stations
