This was a clean and reasonably affordable option for our two day stay in London. Our flight to Italy leaves from Gatwick, and the Gatwick Express leaves from Victoria Station only two blocks from the hotel. The rooms were a decent size for London. The bathroom was small, clean, and with good water pressure. My only reluctance about staying here was that it's a decent walk from the shopping and theatre districts, which are a mile or two away. Next visit we may stay in Mayfair or the Covent Garden area. Then again, staying there is likely to cost another $100-$200 per night. Well-run, clean, safe hotel near a major railway stop.

Breakfast buffet has many great choices. 1/2 block from theaters and Victoria station. Short walk to Buckingham Place and Big Ben. Surrounded by many good restaurants. Will definitely stay again when I am in London.

Could not fault the hotel for cleanliness, and service ...my only reservation was having to walk out of the hotel ...across a busy road to have breakfast ....also warm plates would be lovely....also not so good the coffee for breakfast ....but the selection of food was amazing and delicious

What an amazing stay at the Riu! Breakfast was top notch. Everything from our room to the dining room to the hotel lobbies were spotless! Location across the street from Victoria Station was so convenient. We were able to use the tube for all of our travels around the city. I would not hesitate to book a stay here again. Thank you Riu for a great stay!
