Staff were friendly. We stayed two nights and we had requested a crib. We checked in late the first night and inquired about the crib and we were told it was good to go. Got to our room and there was nothing. Staff corrected it very quickly though. We also didn’t get a top up of our complimentary coffee on the following day. All in all, a nice and well kept hotel. No major complaints at all. All staff were very friendly

The staff was nice and design of the place was good. The room had water damage everywhere. Probably mold behind the walls with damaged fixtures everywhere in the bathroom. The pool is freezing cold. Explains why no one is in it. First aid kits are empty. If you cut yourself at the pool. You have to go to front desk and hope the staff can find a bandaid. The room is noisy. Can hear the ventilation in the bulk heads. I would not go back there unless they renovated there rooms.

Spacious, clean, quiet suite in good condition. The room had a small kitchen with microwave and fridge. There's an onsite pool, small fitness room with free weights and some exercise machines. Nice breakfast included with the room. Hot and cold choices. Healthy selections as well. Overall a very nice stay.

My first issue was the check in. My wife and I attempted to check in early and no rooms were available. Fair enough. I was busy for the day and when my wife returned she was denied check in because the room was booked in my name so there we security concerns. Remember we were there together earlier. After a phone conversation, interrupting my planned event, they made an EXCEPTION, really, and let my wife check in. The room is basic but good for the price. However the sink was plugged and the water built up in the basin and the TV is on a side wall at a 90 degree angle from the couch. Hard to watch. When I got back to the room later in the evening and went up to the room, someone had thrown plates and bowls of food in the hallway. In the morning the plates and bowls had been removed but food scraps were not cleaned up nor vacuumed and still had to be stepped over. I trust our experiences were isolated incidents.
