Everything was top notch, we had a wonderful stay! Great hotel for teens and they have adults only hour at the pool from 10-12. Friendly employees and lots of amazing and secret restaurants to pick from all with good food, drinks and different price ranges.

So many fun things to do with kids and so many great options for food. Arcade is a great deal, they have the slime factory, children's museum, a big jungle gym area, mini putt (kinda of expensive), golf simulators etc etc...so much to do. The pool was ok, its definitely the weak spot if the hotel, i wish they had invested more in the pool area. But definitely a 5 star place to go, will be going again.

Yes room was spotless and valet very courteous and helpful. I think if someone if going to pay the price we paid and be put in the basement that should be disclosed prior. That was definitely a first and a surprise.
