The pool was not available although we could go across the street to use the pool there. We had 5 kids under 6 and that was a main reason we booked here. No discount was given as we booked through third party. The other pool was gross. Over all breakfast was good, rooms clean

No pool, horrible customer service, not clean

We did not enjoy our stay. Pool was out. They would not let me cancel. Front desk lady on the Thursday night was very rude. Her name was oge or something like that. I asked to speak with manager, which was refused. I asked for more towels for our room as our family was given two, oge said they didn’t have any more. There was nothing in the room that displayed the time, which was very inconvenient when my phone stopped working. The pillows in the closet, which I got out for one of my children, had a strong odour. The customer service is not good, they do not provide the basic essentials like towels, pool does not work and the cleaning in the rooms was not done well. I have been to hotels where things have not gone well, but not to a hotel where rude people are out in customer service. Oge should be put in position where she doesn’t have to interact with the public. The lady working Friday morning seemed very nice when we checked out.

Everything was seamless, all the staff were pleasant to interact with. Facilities were very clean, and the provided breakfast was a very nice touch. Stayed in the 1bdrm with two queen beds, and it was plenty of space for us and our young child, plenty of room to pull out a mobile crib. Beds and pillows were perfectly comfortable. Loved that the living space and bedroom had separate climate control, and that the fans were quiet and didn't blow in your face as you slept, and wasn't super strong. Perfect stay!

Summer weekend

The lobby had a wet dog smell, the room smelled mouldy, the corridor to our bedroom was dirty and we had to wiped out the table to have breakfast fast on the first morning. Disappointed, expected a lot more for a Hilton hotel.

Wonderful Stay – Comfortable, Clean, and Friendly! I recently stayed at Homewood Suites in London, Ontario, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a full kitchen which was a nice bonus. The complimentary breakfast was fresh and varied, and I appreciated the quiet, relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of my space, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. I also loved the location—conveniently close to restaurants, shops, and the highway, yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest.
