The stay was amazing, the room was clean, staff was very friendly except 1 staff member she didnt seem to want to do her job. Also our room was not cleaned while we stayed there for the week. The housekeeping girl got us to bring out our garbage. They didnt make our beds until the last night we stayed.

A nice breakfast buffet with many options. Fpod was hot. Lots of seating. Only thing is some cushions at seating need steam cleaning and real cutlery would be nice. Reduce / eliminate platic usage Rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable. Pool was cool but staff sid check in on twmp and i assumed adjusted it. Easy to get to off highway

This property proudly advertises “free parking” as an amenity, yet when my car was broken into overnight with my window shattered, I was told the hotel has zero responsibility because the lot is “public” despite it being on-site. No support, no assistance, not even basic compassion from staff. I had to deal with a shattered window, a stolen bag containing my EpiPen and inhaler, and then drive two and a half hours back to Toronto in 5°C weather with an open window. All after paying for a night at Homewood Suites in London, Ontario — a hotel that seems eager to list amenities, but completely unwilling to stand by guests when something actually goes wrong on their property. The lack of accountability and basic customer care is astonishing and frankly unacceptable. Guests deserve better than empty promises and shrugged shoulders when their safety and belongings are compromised. I would NOT recommend anyone stay here for safety concerns.
