exactly like expected - except no shuttle from the airport which was surprising. The hotel said to take the 'green' cab as they have a coupon. No one at the airport knew what that meant but charged 35 instead of the 30 the hotel said it would be.

Fulfilled our needs nicely. The room was certainly large enough for 4 adults, and it was clean. The breakfast was quite good. It was near the place we needed to be.

I also noticed your comment in regards to being surprised that the hotel did not have a shuttle from the Airport, unfortunately most of the Hotels do not have one in London, I also noticed your comment in regards to the Hotel telling you that they had a coupon for a $30 flat rate with Green Taxi usually when our Front Desk Agents let guest know that information the guest is also advised that they need to come into the Hotel before paying the Taxi this is an arrangement between the Hotels and Green Taxi and that would be why the Airport would not know that information.
