Everything was great! Great staff and the swimming pool really was the icing on the cake! Was a tropical vibe and loved every minute of our stay! Especially my three year old daughter had the best time! A complimentary breakfast would've been nice but it is what it is...... Overall it was great 😃

The room was lovely and clean. I needed to check-in early and it took several phone calls before that happened. To me, the check-in would work better if it were earlier than 4:00 p.m.. I didn't appreciate paying twice as much for my room just because it was Homecoming weekend. Seemed like a rip-off as the hotel took advantage of guests booking that weekend. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Bad odor in room and hallways. Had to move rooms at 11PM at night. No apologies when I checked out. Wont be staying here again

Massive renovations being done at this hotel. Woke up to lots of noise early Saturday morning and our vehicle was blocked in by construction and it took more than 30min to find someone to move vehicles to get ours out

Great Property. Slide in pool was closed which disappointed my son. I recognize maintenance happens and don't hold the property at fault for that need.
