pros: it's near the hospitalhas the basics (plates, pot, silverware, etc)pretty clean (minus animal and human hair on the couch)own entrance...once in main door.1 car parking spotcons:next to abandoned/boarded up housea couple of blocks from the missiondrug deal happened across the street (super tweaked out girl)small heater, took a long time to warm up aptelephants live upstairsair "freshener" punches you in the face when you walk inblinds do not keep street lights out (bring an eye mask)

Check in was very easy and seamless. Clear instructions were provided.The space itself was nice and cozy. The property was clean. There are 2 units above this one (this unit is on the ground floor) and you do hear the other tenants a bit, but nothing major.Olu was responsive and helpful!Good area and are able to walk downtown in about 20 minutes or a 5 minute drive.
