The front desk people were very nice. The room we had was quite large. Complaint was that they were unable to accommodate an early check in. It was actually 4:04 before we got the key to our room. Maybe more flexibility on check in could be considered

Unbelievable location, minutes from Lake louise and Moraine lake and only 30minutes from Yoho national Park, Peyto lake and Bow lake. Great breakfast and an unbelievable staff.

The hotel was spotless and staff efficient but as it was first wk of May it was exceptionally quiet with only two other guests. There was limited access to restaurants, etc again because of the time of year. Roof repairs were being done so property looked a little unsettling when we first arrived.

It was a great experience staying at this property for 2 nights, the rooms & washrooms are newly renovated (includes fridge, coffee maker, iron, tv & boots dryer). The continental breakfast included in the room tariff is really good. Enjoyed using their jacuzzi pool. Will come back to stay here again when visiting Lake Louise next time..

Everything was great. Liked the motion sensor lighting under bathroom counter. Only issue for me personally was no decaf coffee in our room. I definitely would recommend Mountainer Lodge.

Overall nice experience. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom looks as if it got an update in recent years. however the carpets, sofa and chair can be replaced. And my room had a side door from a dark parking lot which felt shady.

This property was clean with newly renovated rooms. The bathtub was huge and modern. We were able to move rooms due to noise. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing. We also loved the cookies in the reception and breakfast was fantastic.
